Good porchetta at affortable prices. The porchetta nachos was value for money. It could use a little more mango but at the price range its good enough. The poutine was so-so. The porchetta rice was very good. At P185, you get a generous portion of porchetta. It's topped w poached egg too. Parking is hard. Because it was raining, we ate outside and it was a great experience. Italian porchetta, enjoyed alfresco w the family. Overall, it was a great experience.

I've tried their best seller the Porchetta Rice Meal. It's kinda good but when I've tasted my partner's meal (lol) i think braised pulled beef tasted better. Their Porchetta Tacos is awesome though! Good service and nice ambiance. We'll come back again 👍

Hidden in the unexplored residential streets of Kapitolyo is this hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Karnitas Korner boasts of its porchetta, which, as they say, is succulent over-roasted pork loin. Being their bestseller, we ordered the Porchetta Rice and Porchetta Sandwich. The rice dish had a perfectly poached egg which, once broken, gorgeously spilled over the rice mixed with corn. This also came with coleslaw that had roasted sesame dressing that would remind you of the vegetables given at famous tonkatsu restaurants. The server also gave something that could be added to the dish to make it more spicy. I tried tasting it and even a drop of it was already too spicy for me, so i gave it to M who totally liked it! He added it to his porchetta sandwich which even made it taste better than it already was. We also ordered the Poutine which the server recommended. It was french fries with a twist. It had cheese sauce, gravy, jalapeños, and chorizo/sweet longganisa. We enjoyed this appetizer because it had a good mix of sweetness and spiciness. The ambiance of the place was very cozy. Being far from the main area of restaurants in Kapitolyo, for me, is an advantage. It was very quiet and peaceful, and parking (along the street) was generally easier.

A hole in the wall and a hidden gem in kapitolyo! They have a new time 11-2pm and 6pm - 10pm. We arrived 5pm and it's close, all along I thought it's operating hour is 11am - 10pm. My friend then asked if they can open before 6 pm since we drove all the way from Bgc and we are group of 9. After a few minutes they let us in and prepared the seats inside! Wohoo! Two thumbs up for the service. When the seats inside were ready there's this cornick on a glass, I think they noticed us hungry. Hahahaha. They took our order after 5 mins of sitting, the crew were all nice, they let us know what's the best. The Porchetta nachos was served first and yes, its amazing! I love the taste and of course the crispness of the Porchetta. The poutine is my number one fries! The cheese, jalapeño and chorizo is really a winner! I ordered the Porchetta rice, it's really worth it for the price! It's like bibimbap, that you need to mix everything on the plate. I love it with more more pepper! Their Carbonara was served with unlimited parmesan cheese. Over all the experience is awesome!

Located within the residential area, Karnitas Korner decided to put up the restaurant away from the hub for the simple reason that it is already saturated. Mr. Bayon Alcoseba, one of the owners of Karnitas Korner, gave us a brief background on how they started. He was based in Jakarta, Indonesia back then when they conceptualized the restaurant. With porchetta and other proteins as the main item of most of their dishes, they played around with the word “carne” and used K instead to make it look and sound more Filipino. For the second word, they thought of something that would perfectly jive with the first one, hence adding Korner to the restaurant’s name.
