When i was invited by my friend here I didnt know that this place is a buffet. Anyway, it's accessible since it's along Marcos Highway. My favorite of their dishes was the fish fillet, it's actually the first time that i liked fish fillet out of all the dishes and ive been to a lot of buffet restaurants. I think they used cream dory, the batter was light and crispy while the fish was moist and fresh. 🐟 The second best was the Kare-Kare, it has a lot of meat in it (whatever that meat they use in traditional kare-kare) and the shrimp paste was the star. They also have salad, soup and sushi bars which have 2-3 selections and drinks (iced tea, coffee or orange juice). The dessert bar was last in my list since it wasnt enticing at all. ive tried their coconut macaroons and it was just flat, even the brownie & cookie 🍪 were no good. I also noticed that their refill dont come quick so at some point you'll only see 3-5 dishes on the buffet table.I think you could get greater value of your money if you are at a food court and order your favorite dishes. However, if you're a big eater who happens to be in the area and loves buffet too, you might as well try them. 😜

Oh my God! Super nabusog ako sa kanilang Buffet a while ago. I want to enjoy until my stomach feels so very full. I love their mongolian noodles ikaw gagawa ng sarili mo. Staffs are very accomodating. Pagdating palang :) Willing to come back! :)

I've only been here once and I am not sure when will I dine here again. Although it's very affordable...Pros:1. There are plenty of tables. The place is has enough tables to cater to a number of guests. 2. Again, very affordable buffet compared to other buffet restaurants. 3. Easily located. Though this could be case to case since I live nearby and I pass along Marcos Highway often.Cons:1. They don't have their own restroom. The building's restroom is located on the 2nd or 3rd floor. I'm not pretty sure.2. Food is not heated.

Last Saturday, we went at Hi Rice! Grill at Dela Paz, Marcos Highway for a dinner buffet. Actually, I always pass by this place for almost 2 years when I go to work but I never really tried dining at this place until last Saturday. Looking for a good place to dine, we decided to dine here since their buffet for Php299 is so affordable for us. We came here at around 7pm already (buffet starts at 5:30pm) and we already made a reservation earlier through Facebook. There were really lots of customers that time so good thing, we already reserved a table for 4 of us. Kudos to the staffs as they were really accommodating and attentive to our needs. (I actually came here 30mins ahead from my friends so I had to wait alone on the table. One of the staffs were very kind to enough as she told me exactly, "Ma'm pwede ka na magstart.. or kahit inom ka muna tubig okay lang po un". As much as I really wanted to start to eat, I refused to since I was still waiting for my friends. Wala lang, just the mere offering of water felt good for me as a customer.) Place is actually divided into 3 areas, I believe and there were lots of chairs and tables to accommodate lots of customers. The food area was placed on one side. They served only 3 pasta dishes that night. Next is the drinks area. Here are the desserts area. And lastly, here is the area where you can make your own Mongolian rice. Here are the dishes/desserts/foods/drinks they served that night: (**I'll only be sharing my thoughts on what I ate that night) Vietnamese Fried Chicken Korean Pork Stew - According to my friend, their Korean Pork Stew was really yummy. Chicken StroganoffPork with Tausi Chicken Bulgogi Kare KareOn my plate: Breaded Fish Fillet - It was okay, nothing extraordinary. The mayo was a bit sour for my taste. Better if served hot. Buttered Vegetables  - Their buttered veggies was creamy and I liked it. Shanghai Fried Rice - I like that it that the rice was cooked well and very tasty Carbonara - Very saucy (as in masabaw) and bland. Baked Mac - Not my perfect Baked Mac but it was better than the Carbonara. Maki - Nothing special but it was okay. Made me full. Sweet & Spicy Mongolian Rice - A MUST TRY!! I totally love love love their DIY Mongolian Rice especially this sweet & spicy one. (You can actually choose your own flavor/taste of Mongolian Rice. The photo above will help you with your DIY Mongolian Rice). The rice was very tasty and flavorful. The sweet & spicy flavor really gave that perfect kick to my tastebuds. Pink Lemonade Chocolate & Vanilla Ice Cream - One of the staffs will give you a cup of ice cream for this one. I like the chocoate better than the vanilla. DIY Halo Halo - Looks good right? Taste is.. okay. Haha I dunno if because we lack milk or sugar on this one but the "sahog" itself needs more improvement. We thought? Other Desserts:- I love the Banana Cake a lot and one of the back part (dunno the name), super delish! :) Overall, some dishes were really good and some were just okay. A 50-50 when it comes to quality of foods served but super worth it when it comes to price (Php299 lunch & dinner buffet). Will I comeback? With the affordability, quantity and vicinity, Yes. Maybe. :)

Okay, as you know I'm a HUGE fan of buffet restaurants. I've heard about Hi! Rice grill since it's a short commute from my place. So I went there today with my boyfriend. I texted them for a reservation, kasi nakita ko sa isang review na kailangan ng reservation para di maubusan ng seat. The ambience was good, although their Christmas playlist was on repeat kaya medyo nakakairita kasi kabisado ko na yung lyrics ng bawat kanta. Hahaha. 😁 Anyway, food was delicious. Absolutely cooked to perfection and never lumamig. Very attentive din yung crew nila. The unique thing about them is yung Mongolian Rice bowl nila. Gagawa ka ng rice bowl mo, then lulutuin nila for you. Thumbs up for that! 👍 Although medyo crowded yung place, they can still accommodate a huge number of people. The only thing na hindi ko nagustuhan is yung dessert bar. Sad to say, ice cream lang talaga ang masarap sa dessert nila. :( So far, SULIT siya. If you're looking for a sulit buffet within the area, this is the place to go.

Value for Money (5.0) - Greatly affordable place where you can find above average quality of food. For only 299 Php, you can dig everything that you wanted from various choices of food. I found this place in the middle, above Cabalen and below Guevarras.Ambience (2.0) - No offense. The Semicon building doesn't maintained the place that well. Air-conditioning wasn't good at all. If we will talk about points of improvement this is one that they should tackle and work on.Customer Service (2.0) - The staff are not that friendly at all. Seems that they are just working for money and dosent reflect that they love what they are doing.Security (5.0) - Good thing that they have a security guard thats on duty to protect the customers. Also, I found some CCTVs that scattered around the area.

What I love about this buffet resto is you can reserve your seat/s through FB. Sulit for 299 pesos. Ambiance needs improvement. Seats are kinda limited.Delicious food but I didn't like the pasta.Food includes sushi, halohalo, brownies, ice cream, fish fillet, chopsuey, sweet and spicy pork, fruits, mongolian rice bowl, and others. Look at the photos to see full menu.

I went here last week with my friends. 299 pesos for a buffet is really a good deal--and considering they have enough food variety makes it a safe venue for any occasion you'd like to celebrate. Their specialty is Mongolian noodles which you can customize with a variety of ingredients and sauces you can choose from. I love their kare kare! It was good enough even without bagoong, although their bagoong was also yummy Service wise, I was also satisfied because their staff were all friendly and everyone was very accommodating. It also added a good feel to our dining experience that they were playing Christian songs. I could have easily given a higher rating for this place but amidst all the positive points I've mentioned, they've failed badly in what's more important when you're dealing with food. Sanitation. I'm not sure if it was because they were doing some renovations at the back area of their restaurant, but there were cockroaches all over. You could see some coming from inside the wall cracks.  The real deal-breaker was when one of my friends found one (cockroach) in his Mongolian Dish. By this time I have already finished mine so imagine the horror!! It was so disappointing because this place has a lot of potential. To whoever is in charged, I really hope you do something about this.

All the foods are great specially Kare-kare and Mongolian rice bowl! :), They serve asian cuisines, they also have salad, pasta, maki, desserts and unlimited drinks! :).
