I was a bit iffy to bring my family here when I heard the price is expensive given that its location is not in a suburb area or in inside a mall. Checked the menu here in website to see if its right on the budget. I wanted to go for the Set Menu but went a la carte when we were there. We ordered A LOT for just 5 people, including 2 seniors. The server gave us hot tea to start the meal and it indeed helped! The Ho To Tay soup is a great starter for a rainy season. Any hot soup is good but this one is better! It has a lot of meat, a lot of vegetables and the broth is flavorful! Their Pork Siomai and Hakaw are delicious! Served hot and dug into it just right after the server placed the plates on the table. The siomai is adorably topped with a tiny caviar and it does not taste fishy at all. This is by far meatier and tastier compared to other siomais you buy in MRT Stations/Malls. The beef broccoli is well seasoned. The sauce is enough for one dish and does not feel like its drowning all the meat and veggies. However there's more broccoli than beef. I like beef. :(The Seafood Hotpot is good! It looked small but when you go down for a serving, you get a generous amount! The Yang Chow Rice is a staple rice dish in Chinese Restaurant. Hap Chan's does not stand out to me but the flavor is there. Don't get me wrong with the serving portion. It is enough to feed 3 hungry chubby people. Finally, the customer service is A+. The servers were attentive and proactive. They did not ignore me when I raised my hand. Overall the experience is great! This will be one of my go to restaurants whenever I have extra money to eat outside. :)

As expected, Chinese restaurant is a must go-to when it comes to family dinner. The food was great and savory. Ambience was just okay, since it’s quiet. The service is not the best you can get, they didn’t informed us that they haven’t completely served us the dishes in the set that we ordered. We are done eating when it arrived, so we just requested for takeout. Waiting time for takeout orders was too long. Must try dishes, sweet and sour pork, buttered chicken and fried chicken.

Our always Chinese-resto-to-go-to. As a Chinese restaurant, it's normal to have a lot of options and I'm happy to have hapchan near our residence. The place is quite big and they have a lot of tables available for big families. It's usually quiet around here since most people prefer a home delivery. The service I experienced was great maybe because of just a few customers around that time.

Our family's go-to restaurant. Excellent service, very accommodating, food was great too! I love the lumpia, my sister loves their Pata Tim. Affordable and recommended for family gatherings.

Place always jam-packed. Why? It's because the service here is very good while the food are really great. A must try is their Chicken, Sauted Beef with Broccoli and beef Brisket Noodles. Never missed ordering one of those 3 mentioned earlier. Serving is also big. Recommended for family occasions.

I took my folks here for a nice family dinner. I always say that Chinese restos are great for family dinners because the viands are served family style which encourage sharing and bonding. We ordered our favorite Chinese food:- Hot and Sour Soup (my mom says it helps with her colds)- Yang Chow Fried Rice (is a visit to a Chinese resto complete without ordering Yang Chow?)- Pork Ribs with Salt and Pepper (nicely seasoned)- Beef Steak Chinese Style (very tender with a sweet-savory flavor)- Birthday Noodles (apparently, this is off-menu but available in some Chines restos; I wonder why that is)- Pork SiomaiThe flavors meshed well together. As the servings were large, even when our original party of five grew to seven, we left the place with full bellies. The food were reasonably priced, too (I spent less than P2,000).The place is clean with bright red and white decor but not at all off-putting. The servers were polite and accommodating.

The great thing about Chinese food is that it continues to evolve and improve. And most of the evolution starts in Hong Kong, where food obsession is the norm. Hap Chan is a Hong Kong style restaurant specializing in dim sum at lunch time and HK style seafood at dinner. I call it an anomaly that it belongs to that group of restaurants that opened way, way before the year 2000. At one point in time, they are likely to be surpassed by new contenders but they continuously improve and evolve to new heights. The Stuffed Eggplant was a new one on the menu. I initially thought I ordered eggplant omelette, but nevermind that. The eggplant pieces used were sliced huge and fresh. Having been stir fried with fresh chili peppers, the nuggets-like portions are all readily spiced up!This is a great restaurant to go and try quality well presented food that ticks all the right boxes and will satiate any Chinese food cravings you may have. Thank you to the courteous staff who accommodated my late-night indulgence even though the store was already closed during my last visit.

Urgent: Customer complaint: HapChan Restaurant SM Bacoor Branch:Let the incidents be known to anyone who plans to visit the store:1. We ordered braised chicken with honey but served lemoned chicken. This occurred way back in October or September 2015.2. We ordered fish congee for "take out" but they forgot to include the flakes. This occurred on 01/01/2016.3. The braised chicken with honey they served us had rubber like texture and is not edible. This occurred way back October or November 2015.4. They provided written official receipt, inclusive only of the amount without the itemised products, as opposed to the POS machine generated copy. This occurred since the restaurant started operational on 2015.5. On a POS machine generated receipt, they billed us with additional items we never ordered on 02/01/2016: Siomai and some chicken product, as opposed to our actual orders of fish congee and yang chow rice. Are these just coincidence, negligence or intentional?    Our family has been regular customers of this restaurant since they started operational on 2015. Almost every Saturday, we would dine in and brought out products some of their products.I never mind paying any amount, as long as I get the right products that paid for.

We called for delivery from Hap Chan Maybunga twice. I believe it is the cheapest Chinese resto out there but not losing quality. With fast delivery, we are satisfied!
