Very disappointing visit. The bread given to us was pale and pasty. We asked the server if the resto's bread is really like this. He said he was going to ask the pastry check and was going to get back to us. He never came back with feedback. The adobo was extremely salty. The salpicao too sweet. The seabass cooked perfectly but a bit bland. Service was slow considering we were the only table in the resto at the beginning of our meal. Totally not worth it.

I love people who love sweets. Ice cream, chocolates, cake, cookies, brownies, and more ice cream!!! I love chocolates so much that I once tried the “chocolate diet.” Well, I don’t think it exists but I tried to eat nothing but chocolates for a few days. (Yes, it was a bad idea but I had no regrets.) And a few weeks ago, I met a group who share the same love for sweets.

Ridiculously overpriced and doesn't deliver on taste. Is this summed rating for real? We ordered the 'adobo' and I must say, I don't understand the concept of the dish. The cheese sat on the meat, over two sliced pieces of tomato and added NOTHING to the dish. It sort of fell off the meat like that last piece of sludge you find stuck to your pizza box. The adobo sauce wasn't anything special. You can get a better tasting adobo by cooking it yourself at home! There were cloves of garlic all around but you couldn't get that flavor coming through at all. It was almost like the chicken didn't simmer enough in the sauce?? The rice it comes with was dry (like a bad gritty dry) and very oily. It was just a disaster of a meal.

If you’re looking for somewhere quiet to think and clear your mind, going here for dessert and coffee or tea is best during mid-afternoons. For dinner, their rib-eye with bone marrow is the best for me. Place is also good for dates and intimate group dinners :)

For the kind of restaurant it positions itself to be, it is subpar.FoodSteak - undercooked. Medium was medium rare, medium rare was rare.Tiger prawns - just large shrimp and not that freshOnly the lambs, salad and soup were good.Food also took a while to serve and was not served all together. Some of our meals got cold just waiting for the others to be served. Note, we placed our orders days in advance.ServiceGiven it's a sit down course meal you'd expect attention to detail and a pleasant experience. You would notice staff scramble on the side and would feel their unease. Even saw someone check the cook of the steaks outside the kitchen, right before distributing it to the customers. Certain meals were also already assigned to certain people and they had our seating arrangement but repeatedly just called out names when dishes arrived like a coffee shop.ExperienceSeating is cramped. We're all slicing steaks and lambs trying not to nudge one another. Every other person was seated in the middle of two tables -- each table fit 1.5 persons. Also, they let in solicitors/carolers while everyone was dining. It was not the place nor time for that. It became noisy and our intimate dinner conversations were being interrupted as someone went around asking for donations. It was unsettling.Would not recommend.

Food was okay. Serving was big. They can do better with their desserts. We ordered the warm molten chocolate but was served a warm dry cake.

I had the angus beef burger and the Chocnut cake for dessert. The servings are big. The burger really filled me up. It came with thick crispy french fries that had the right saltiness for me. The burger patty was also thick and juicy. It tasted good. But I’ve had better ones. For the relatively expensive price, I’m not getting a burger here if it’s an angus burger I like. But the dessert is heavenly. It’s also expensive but it’s good for sharing for two or three. The Chocnut taste is there with a hint of dark chocolate mix. It’s smooth and slides in the mouth. This one I’m going back for. It’s a fine dining restaurant so prices are expected to be on the expensive side. Good for having cocktails, dinner and drinks until late at night.

Hmm. We’re satisfied with the pasta and lechon. a bit pricey but the ambience is good perfect for dates. Crews were kind and approachable. I recommend florable. 👍🏼

Oh Florabel. I dont usually give a 5 star to places we’ve been through. But Florabel is just amazing. From the service, the place, the food and the experience. We ordered the ff: Pumpkin with Chestnut ( rich, delicious, and melts in your mouth chestnut topping)Crispy Lechon Kawali ( tasty, crunchy, delicious)Lobster Thermidore with Fresh Linguine in Salted Egg Sauce ( fresh, creamy, delicious)12oz US Angus Prime Rib Eye ( cooked beautifully, tasty, heart melting)Valrhona Chocolate Tartlet with Mango ChutneyChoconut Mousse (creamy, rich, smooth)Strawberry Lemon Soda (refreshing, legit)I dont usually write a long review of the places but Florabel deserves the spot light. Excellent Service, Sophisticated Ambience, Heavenly Food. Yes, it is pricey, but its definitely worth it. Try it for yourself!
