Awesome place to hang out and have fun with friends and family!!! They have a lot of different kinds of games to try and you can even have them teach you how to play. The food and drinks are also delicious!

It's a great and unique experience with your friends. It makes you spend time with them without your phones 'cause there is a rule that no wifi allowed. You can play not the usual board games (ex. Snakes and Ladders, Monopoly). There are lots of board games to choose from. The place is nice and has a theme of steampunk (i think). The food was great and affordable when you share it with your friends. I suggest you try their Chemistea. They use the erlenmeyer flask as their cup and it's so cute. *I suggest that the crew must also know the mechanics of the game 'cause some of the customers doesn't know or familiar with all the board games available. The board games must also have the mechanics inside.

DyceNDyne openned right before the board game cafes started popping up out of nowhere!I like hanging out in DyceNDyne cause I get to learn new board games! Their food is pretty good too and they serve a wide range of dishes. You'll surely find something that interests you. They also serve drinks by Chemistea. Their fruiteas and milk teas are good! I specifically like their Green Kiwi Fruitea. I find it refreshing and not too sweet. Their Milo Dinosaur and Milo T-Rex drinks are good too! I love the concept of their drinks being chemistry experiments. They even serve them in beakers and erlenmeyer flasks!DyceNDyne also goes the extra mile since they usually have people around who can help you learn the board games. Unlike some board game cafes, they don't ask you to pay to play. They do hope you order a minimum amount per person for every so many hours of playing. This really just ensure that this establishment will stay for a very long time! 😊Lastly, they do not have wifi! You go to a board game cafe to play with the people you're with. They highly encourage you to connect with people and talk to the ones you're playing with. 👍

Cool, geeky/nerdy ambiance to hang out and just chill; whether in a group, with someone or alone, this place is great. Foods and drinks are affordable, and their Rule Book is witty and fun. Hang out and play! There's no wifi, so talk and mingle

This cafe features board games. I've been here twice already because we had fun playing their games. Among many board game cafes, this one is I like the most because they don't require each customer to pay minimum consumable amount. We have tasted many drinks and snacks here and it was just good. The drink was served in a erlenmeyer flask and beakers. They have many games for teenagers, unlike other board game cafes have few board games and mostly for kids. Though we were unable to encounter the person who can teach how to play a specific game. This place is usually full of customers especially expert gamers. I love to come back here again.

Used to love this place. I don't know what happened but they have new rules now. It wasn't as enjoyable as the other times I came here. They have a large collection of board games but with the unfriendly staff and average food it isn't worth going to now.

This will be the second time i'm giving Dyce N Dyne a review, particularly because I think I didn't give it a pretty decent review the last time I visited the place. Dyce N Dyne is the culprit behind my board gaming addiction. Aside from having the most boardgames in store because of their partnership with Gaming Library, which is the main distributor of board games here in the Philippines, they actually have the best ambiance and food to date. Dyce N Dyne is a Steam Punk Themed Boardgame Restaurant. The feel is quite different from the usual others with a bright ambiance and welcoming feel. Theirs is more of a gothic, black, dark and mechanical serious type which attracts more serious players so you'll definitely meet newbie and pro gamers here! Every year, they hold an event called "Gen Con" which brings new hot boardgame releases for avid gamers to try and rate. Most gamers get excited during cons cause they're the first ones to try the games and they can play all of it at least once if it doesn't get purchased by the restaurant. Some of my favorite games that I played during the con would be: Sushi Go, SONAR & POTION EXPLOSION, CODENAME PICTURES, RED FLAGS THE GAME OF TERRIBLE DATES 😍 friends will purchase this soon! Yey!Honestly at first I got really intimidated on the word "CON", made me remember those Cosplay Cons I attend way back. Since i'm not that familiar with boardgames, I was so worried to be out of place haha! But the other gamers were so friendly which made gaming more enjoyable and less intimidating.Their food is also cheap ranging from P150-300 per order in big serving which will surely keep you full for hours. This is important since you'll be staying for at least 2 hours here. My friends and I stay here for more then 6 hours per visit. Most of their food are deep fried finger food which make it easier for players to eat while playing. They also have rice bowls if you're not into eating with your hands. I love their CHICKEN CURRY and any meal with KARAAGE. Their drinks are served in fancy geeky containers usually in an Ermeyer flask produced by Chemistea. My favorite would be their Matcha Espresso and Matcha Latte. Their Milo Dinousaur is also good and the cafe lattes! Didn't know coffee and milk tea would go so well! They also have various sweet teas and non dairy drinks to choose from.Their staff are accommodating! I know most of their game masters already since I've been going here often (just last week) and been coming back almost every weekend. You won't feel intimidated at all cause the game masters are so friendly and explains the game precisely! They are also very patient especially to SLP's (Slow Pick Up) like me haha! Plus na rin that most of my friends are frequent gamers already so I get to ask them questions paulit ulit haha!Going here releases all my anxiety. Imagine having to deal with all the stress at work for 5 straight days, going here during the weekends really make me forget all the worries I have to think of. It stimulates my creativity and strategical thinking, LOL. Wala kang choice kung hindi mag-isip. Kailangan maging COMPETITIVE!They don't have wi-fi and that factor improves my connection with the people around me. I usually focus on my mobile device but when I'm here I know I just have to keep it and start enjoying the day playing with my best friends! Thanks to Dyce N Dyne and Gaming Library for setting the trend of boardgame restaurants in the country. We can now enjoy the company of our friends, good food and good ambiance all in one place!!!Before I end this review, the following are my favorite games which you might be interested to try (I can play this infinite times): AVALON, MACHIKORO, EXPLODING KITTENS, 7 WONDERS, CRANIUM, DIXIT, KING OF TOKYO, PANDEMIC, SPLENDOR, TICKET TO RIDE, CODE NAMES, MYSTERIUM, SHERIF OF NOTINGHAM, PANDEMIC, MUNCHKIN, COUP, CASH N GUNS, TELESTRATIONS, SUSHI GO, TAKENOKO, SPYFALL, TOKAIDO, BATTLESHIP😜 if you have other game suggestions please let me know!

Went here with my sister's friends to try their board games. We ordered almost all of their finger foods from nachos to chicken skin to fries. The dishes we ordered are bland. It's the typical nachos, fries and chicken skin that I tasted. We also tried their Matcha Latte which is so sweet and tastes like taro with matcha, Milo Dinosaur which typically tastes like Milo with it's powder on it and Float. What I love about DyceandDyne were the Game Masters. I saw on their eyes the passion and love for board games whenever they discuss the mechanics of the games. I enjoyed playing exploding kittens and got drained with splendor

When I was a kid, I was totally into board games. Name it, I had it. Snakes and Ladders, Parcheesi, Sorry, Monopoly, Game of Life, and my all time favorite, Clue. Back in the day, playing any of those games were relatively simple. It usually involved the rolling of dice, perhaps a few cards, and moving of tokens around the board.
