After eating lunch and roaming around the mall, we decided to have coffee in Craft Coffee Revolution. Unlike popular coffee chains, their menu is pretty straightforward--meaning, no option for whipped creams, additional esperesso shot, etc. We ordered mocha and flat white since we are not really strong coffee drinkers. We also got marshmallow cake. This is mainly chocolate cake coated with white icing. I am suspecting that their cake supplier is a nearby cake shop which has already gained loyal customers for many years. The shop is located near an escalator and the space is not that wide. If you are not that concerned sitting very near to other people, i guess this one is tolerable.

Craft is located right at the foot of the escalator, across Larcy's Cupcakery and adjacent to Jipan and Coco Ichibanya. Found myself craving for coffee after having brunch at an organic restaurant found at the other end of the mall. Had their flat white, brazil pour over coffee and chocolate waffle with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. Coffee were great as expected of Craft. I have issues with the waffle though. Despite reheating it, texture was tough and hard to fork out. If not for the icecream, this would have been bad. I will not order this again.

It's a revolution. It's good coffee for real enthusiasts. Am not so much of it though and I appreciate them being part of the third spin of coffee establishments. More innovation the better. They have ben around for 2 years. Craft Coffee Revolution tries to develop consumer habit of drinking single-origin coffee, see the art behind it and its history. The fascination around bean to cup coffee creations. It's my third trip here at Estancia branch and I used to have it in the Podium. Coffee is designed well, tasted good although too sweet for Mocha. My only real complaint is the temperature. It wasn't hot for coffee standards. Barista says it's their standard. I paired it with Banana Loaf. The top part was crunchy and other parts soft. It's not too sugary which I prefer. I also tried chocolate cake which was creamy and moist. So far desserts created happy tummies. Next adventure would be just coffee! :)

Craft has been one of the first cafes to introduce specialty coffee in Metro Manila. Had a cup of Ethiopia Konga brewed over Chemex and it did not disappoint. It was naturally sweet, not too much bitterness, and quite fruity. Love it! Service was great as the staff were really nice. They know a lot about coffee!
