Overall, it was a great experience; be it on the food, the ambiance or the staffs. 5 stars in all aspects!Even before we have taken our seats, we already took pictures of the walls, tables, ceiling, actually everything. This place is superb and definitely instagrammable! They even have a huge teddy bear for everyone to hug and take pictures with and an Inspiration wall where you can write quotes or messages to live by (being reset every week).This place has good value for money. We ordered the Family Platter (good for 10pax) for only 1,699php which is absolutely cheap for a set of country fried chicken, sirloin, tbone, pork, salisbury steak and 5 cups of rice. We added Mushroom soup and more rice. Extra cup of rice is only 25php. All their sauces are mouth watering esp the gravy. Menu here in website is not updated.The staffs were very accomodating. It was my bff’s mom’s birthday and they surprised us with a centralized birthday song and complimentary graham brava on a huge plate with a greeting on it. We really appreciated it. It’s such a shame that we’ve never heard of Chub’s Chasers before. Now that we have, will definitely go back here, bring friends and colleagues and recommend this resto to others! 🤗

Steak was disappointing. Ordered tenderloin medium rare and it was unevenly cooked, underseasoned, and had no sear :( I'm glad I didn't go for more expensive meats because I'm not sure about their chef's grilling abilities. Salad and mashed potato is ok

Ordered Tenderloin steak and pesto malungay pasta.The pesto malungay pasta was to my likings. But the bread was not complementing the pasta.As for the Tenderloin steak was well done since i was sick and i can't eat raw food at the moment. It was fine. Not so yummy but it was fine. We enjoyed our stay.

I've only dined here once during lunch time and the place wasn't that full when I came.I ordered their sexy sirloin steak and the serving is good for 2 people if you're not hungry, but one person can finish it all. It comes with mashed potato and beans.The steak was good but nothing special.

Chubs Chasers was our dinner destination today. We ordered Fish & Chips (Php 199) and on the server's suggestion ordered their special - Sexy Sirloin Steak - Medium (Php 249) along with Mashed Potato side and Ripe Mango Shake (Php 99). The steak was very chewy, the mashed potato was bland and the quantity served made it seem like a dish in itself rather than a side. The fish fillet and mango shake was ok. The servers were very prompt and helpful. Ambience was ok too but am not visiting again because of the food.

More choices continue to pop-up in one of the food hotspots in the Metro, Kapitolyo. Inside one of this area’s streets is now a buzzing strip for restaurants, Brixton Street. This is actually a dead end thoroughfare late at night. My friends and I came from a worship concert nearby and found a comfort haven here at Chubs Chasers. Their interiors are vibrant and cozy, wait staff warm and friendly. They also have a cuddly and giant teddy bear that will greet you with a big fat hello.This is not your typical cafe as seen from its overall ambiance down to its well crafted menu. It’s owners aren’t chefs but they did put an effort to offer their customers enterprising dishes. We had a plate of colorful salad to start, a preparation for our barkada meal of Local Steak, Baby Back Ribs, Roast Chicken, Barbecued Pork and Burger. The ribs were the tastiest while the rest were decent meats. I wish they poured in more veggies on this carnivorous platter. A surprising group favorite here was Chubs’ Onion Rings ensemble, plated like a flower arrangement. This was tasty sweet with loads of crunch, one bite after another. They did a superb job on my friend’s order of Salted Egg Pasta. It was too good, we all sampled it more than the usual one forkful each. It’s noodles were simmered with rich salted egg giving it also a nice rough texture. Our table also ordered two slabs of Tanigue Steak, boosted with loads of garlic and lemon zest. For drinks, they offer combinations of veggies and fruits put together but sadly they drown this supposed healthy beverages with too much sinple syrup. Like, what’s the point?Anyway, do give this chase a chance. It has more mystery and cuteness than most restaurants in Kapitolyo.

Ok, don’t get me wrong with the 2 stars. I gave second chance to them. So here’s the thing, first time that I’ve tried this restaurant, I ordered their sirloin steak and it was medium rare. It was soooooooo hard to chew to the point where I cannot eat it. Although it tastes good especially the gravy, I wasn’t able to eat it. I’ve decided to give it a second chance just to see if it will improve. The second time eating their sirloin steak, I had it medium well. Nothing changed. Still very hard. I even asked them to cook it well done just to see if there will be a difference but then again, nothing. Wasn’t able to eat it. Sayang pera. We told the staff naman but he said it’s because of their supplier. Hehe I’m not convinced. In fairness to them, they accepted the feedback and their flaming chicken wings are yummy. So whoever owns this resto, please make your steaks better kasi sayang kayo. Huhu.

Bang for the Buck! ⭐️Pros:- Generous serving- love the gravy! 🤤- cozy ambience Cons:- should consider getting a mosquito lamp at least. We got quite a few bites when we were there.
