Living near this junk food chain, this is among the place that people frequently dine in since my partner loves chinese food. Sad to say, that is one of the most severe branches that Chowking have (speaking with the manager, they're just a franchiseand not owned directly by Chowing). They're always understaffed which resulted to: 1. long range in the ordering region since there is only one 1 cashier also during peak hrs. I've pointed out that some clients leave since they can't wait around to drop in line 2. Dirty dining area. Quite often there is only one 1 crew that both serve food and clear the tables, and mop the flooring, you can always start to see the tables are usually still filled with plates and eyeglasses, the ground muddy, etc. 3. Uncleaned utensils - Everytime I get yourself a spoon and fork, I've pointed out that some rice remain trapped on spoon or fork. 4. Wrong or incomplete meals. There were periods we were shipped the wrong purchase, or they forgot that people purchased something and we must await it again. Condiments had a need to come with the meals are also forgotten. Overall experience - poor. I've currently submitted a written report to Chowking via textual content or email but you can find no improvements through the years I've consumed right here. I would recommend that those who would like to consume at Chowking head to other branches.

after our change we went here since it is the only establishment that's open up that's near our office. Since there's very little of people in those days, our order were instantly served. The provider they provided will be so-therefore. Our orders were served however, many of usdid not understand that the meal they're serving will be the one which we ordered. Besides that we get to possess a little gather and we acquired the area by ourselves.
