it is a place where one can go throughout the year for puto bumbong and not simply during the holiday season. their pancit luglug can be very creamy. you may also choose lugaw with tokwa't baboy. i particularly just like the crispy tuyo flakes - thisis the only real restaurant that acts this.

Via Mare is among the oldest bistro in Manila. I recall in my own youth, some friends & I'd go and revel in their food twice per month, pay days time. I love their pancit palabok, dinuguan, calcag sinangag, sinigang and their really lightpalitaw!

The food could be ok although pricing is commonly a little on the high side. Our experience is fairly disappointing because of the poor service they will have provided us. Oysters had been prominently becoming marketed as evidenced by the desk top tent markers therefore wedecided to provide it a try alongside our other orders. We've finished our foods but nonetheless the oysters (must have been appetizers) had been still not really served. After pursuing up with a wait around staff, we were informed that it'll be served in only two more minutes. Which should have already been ok and we'd possess waited patiently but what produced the wait around worse was that people saw the other desk (who came around 30mins after us) offered their purchase of oysters 1st. We had been tempted to cancel the purchase but my partner insisted that people just do not keep coming back again. To place this in viewpoint, we ate at close to 130pm about a Sunday without customers around. The service cost they tag to your expenses is simply not worth their sort of service.
