During our 3 days 2 nights stay at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, we had a light lunch at Café Pronto in ground floor. Ham Sandwich (Rye Bread), Chocolate and Strawberry shake and, their Signature Chocolate Cake are all a must-try here! Their price is very reasonable (Ham Sandwich Php350) and their service is good too. If you are around Ortigas, and wanted to have a nice snacks and coffee, this is the best place to be!For more, visit my blog olympusgirlinsg.blogspot.com

had a light snack with my tito here yesterday. i loved the ambiance; well-lit but not too bright, simple but still classy. attentive and optimistic staff, they answered our questions to the best of their abilities. for drinks i had an iced mocha, and my tito had a mocha chips blended beverage. both had just the right amount of bittersweet a mocha drink should have. my tito had a tuna sandwich and said it tasted alright, quite ordinary but still good. now this is where they come short (😞). i ordered a signature braised beef sandwich, and all seemed nice and dandy until i opened it and there was barely any beef between the bread. i'd say it was 50% bread, 40% vegetables, and a meager 10% beef. quite disappointing, honestly. you'd think for a sandwich called "signature braised beef" there would actually be a decent serving of beef 😬. the chips and coleslaw that came with it were also nothing particularly exciting. but, alas, i had a serving of their sugar-free ferrero ice cream for dessert and all peace was restored in tastebudville. it was so rich and flavorful that i didn't realize it was actually sugar free until i looked closely at the sign on their scoopery!! their vanilla ice cream was also good (but still, the sugar free ferrero reigns as my new fave 😛). an okay experience!! won't be back for sure but if an opportunity comes, why not? 🌻

First of all, it's not my first time here. I've been here many times and every time they surprise me. In each time I visited the quality drop a lot (especially internet speed). And today I just visit again and need to tell those people who used to be here in the past, who thought the internet speed is the fastest, they would only disappointed you. I used 100Mbps in the past but now it is only 1.5Mbps. In the past you can use internet as long ask you want with public connection (as long as you are in the cafe) but now they only give you 1 hour to use lol. Staffs are fine but no that great as they never asked me if I want a water or refill. Foods and drinks get more expensive with lower quality. (I think they change their cheif)I'm not recommend you here if you used to love this place. Staffs done their jobs otherwise I would rate it 1 or even minus if possible. 5 star hotel cafe with internet speed 1.5Mbps for their customer? and the cheapest bread is over 100 (which in the past just 70peso?) lmao
