Feeling cold?Have some Bullchef. Their Bullililit's the right one for you. The soup is served hot and the broth is very rich and flavorful. The beef is also tender! Vegetables used still had their crunch.I used to visit their previous location along East Capitol street. Now they're on their new location, more spacious than the one before.The staff were very welcoming and it's one of the things I look for. While the restaurant's about the food they serve, warm hospitality also counts.

If you are a Bulalo fanatic, you have to head to Bullchef!Favorite is the Bullchef Special, classic Bulalo soup with 150 grams meat and bone marrow. The bulalo broth is rich and flavorful. You don't need to go to Tagaytay to get this good of a Bulalo.You like sinigang? Get the asimBull! It has the perfect Asim of sinigang and savory appeal of Bulalo.

If you’re going for Filipino comfort food, Bullchef may be one of your choices. Prices are a bit high though, but if you get their Bulalo with bone marrow, I think you get your money’s worth.

We went here several times already. From their previous branch to their new location. The taste of their bulalo never fail to comfort us in our late night dinner. Though their serving is kinda small for two persons woth big appetite. They are also strict with the soup. We’re asking for refills but they refused to give us more. Their sizzling bulalo is okay however masyadong mabuto. Maybe 30% lang ang meat. Staff’s are also attentive and friendly. Happy to see that they employ person with down syndrome. Kudos!

Came with friends who had bulalo, even if I'm not a bulalo person myself. Opted to try their sizzling T-bone steak instead. It was good for its price. It had a nice char, which I liked. Downside is, the greens that comes with it is small in serving size and overcooked. Dining here means a free cup of bulalo soup too. All in all, would be open to coming back to try their other dishes.Fair warning to those who are Gold members: the 1+1 only applies to single-serve items, and not for sharing.

We came during off hours but service was bad. There were no service staff when we got there. We also had to look for the server to bill out. We could have walked out without paying if we were that kind of people. Food was meh. Sisig had a weird texture and it was a bit expensive for the size. The nachos was good for 4-5 people and salted egg on nachos works. There wasn’t a whole lot of sisig on it too so don’t expect much. I felt like my calories were wasted on this eating outing.

Been here 2x and service was bad.Servers were ‘deadma’ the whole time. We were asking for some Ice refill but they were not attending to us, to the point that we have had to get our own Ice at the station AND get our own Bill at the Cashier.

Too much oil. Wings is so-so. Bulalo is delicious but would’ve been better if there are more vegetables. Staff can be nicer! CR is clean, wet and dry tissues are provdied.

Staffs are very unattentive kahit nasa harap mo na at sumisigaw ka na kiber lang sila. Bulalo is so-so. Kind of pricey sa lasa nya. Beer is cheap.

bullchef has a long history in kapitolyo and it has served so many celebrities in the past. i like that they transfered to a bigger location to serve more people. the signature bulalo recipe is superb, but as time goes by the quality and size of the meat seem to be downgrading even when the prices have been increasing. i wish they retain their reputation as an amazing hole in the wall with a bang for the buck menu.
