We ordered the super combo since it was our 1st time to eat here. Twas a great idea for us to get this coz it’s a sampler of their ribs, wings & pasta! Twas indeed a value for money! We paid ₱199 for both orders! We just added a tip for the server, Wendy, for her warm service! The food’s taste & quality outweigh the price. Nothing fancy but enough to satisfy your craving!

Very bad customer service!!!! Neither the manager nor the staff informed us that there was something wrong with their griller. At around 30 mins I inquired with the waitress how long is the supposed cooking time of the food and she told me that it was 15 mins. I told her that it was already more than 30 mins since we ordered and she apologized and said that our food was coming. At around 40 mins after our order was placed, I requested to talk to the manager. He apologized and informed me (after much probing on my side) that there was something wrong with their griller. I told him that they should have told us ahead of time about the problem. Our food was finally served around 45 mins after placing it. Aside from taking so long, the pasta marinara was so soggy (it was probably overcooked). I am never going to Brad Pit’s Ribshack again and would inform my friend’s about the horrible experience I had.
