Always wished to try these tasty and healthy searching rolls - but - insufficient service and focus on customers, really off-placing. Position at the counter and becoming ignored fails for customers! Still left without sampling the cuisine. Service training ought to be on the menu!

I entered the store with 11am and there is no-one behind the counter. I waited 3-5 minutes, no one emerged out. There have been sounds from the workplace, though, so there have been employees present, not behind the counter. We returned 2 hourslater. Services was slow. They fixed expectations for 5-7 a few minutes. It had been closer to 15-20. That they had no ice, and the individual assembling the sandwiches experienced to really leave the shop to get some. This slowed up the process more. The wait staff are apologetic and courteous, though. There exists a limited area to dine in (three stools), plus they cannot accommodate an extended queue inside. The Traditional Banh Mi was offered on a crunchy baguette. The fillings had been flavorful though there wasn't plenty of it (unlike genuine Banh Mis which are usually teeming with various meats and vegetables). Prices is decent, though, and the Damn Strong Espresso was appropriately named.

This is mostly of the outlets selling this classic Vietnamese food. I have already been here a few tumes before and I aleays purchase a half traditional sandwich with iced espresso. Food is great and the coffee usually hits the spot.
