It was our first time to visit because we wanted to try our website membership. WE WERE PLEASED BY THE COURTESY OF OUR SERVER and by how they treated us. Will definitely go back. We ordered Slow roast pork belly and my husband loved it.

I will never eat here again. The creamy prawn carbonara I ordered worth P475 looks more like it’s only worth P150 or less. There are only 3 prawns - with skin! Worst of all is it’s bland that I had to ask for salt to make it tasty. Ripe mango shake is meh. Nothing special.

We keep going back for their Margarita Fishbowl, Bottomless Mojito (Saturdays only). And of course for my love of their Salted Egg Chicken Skin. Nice ambiance, clean rest rooms, accommodating staff.

Ambiance is good for gigs, drinking and hanging out. Food is pricey but good, we tried their Salted Egg Chicken (Php 295). We also ordered pasta (Nose to Tail Fettuccini for Pho 275) and Chocolate Cake (Php 225) for dessert. Could have been better if serving of Salted Egg Chicken was bigger since it’s for sharing.

Aside from the seemingly rash waiter, we enjoyed our food. Was able to try both the Ribeye Steak and Steak & Prawns. Having them done medium was spot on with the tenderness and juice flowing through your mouth. The Prawn Carbonara could be better while the Beef Salpicao was a delight. Overall 4-stars.

Ambience: laid back. Service: I appreciated that the server let us know cooking time and serving portionsFood:Slow-roasted pork. This is only a 3 for me. For something that says slow-roasted, I was expecting extremely tender meat. The mac n cheese that came with it was gooey cheesy though. Kitayama short ribs. This was a 4. Tender and flavorful. Serving portion was big too. Fish and chips. A three. Not bad but nothing special. Steak salad. A two. Serving was small and it had 2-3 steak strips only. It could have compensated with more vegetables. Kookie dessert. A 5. It was delish because it was baked to order so it was fresh and hot when we ate it. Overall, a restaurant Id come back to.

While waiting for my sister, we decided to stay at Backyard Kitchen + Brew to get some work done. We ordered the Mac and Cheese Nachos and a glass of home brewed iced tea. I was surprised with how big the serving was! There were three of us--my dad, my brother, and me--and we still had a hard time finishing the nachos! The cheese sauce was enough for the entire dish. Looking forward to try their other dishes on my next visit!

What i thought was going to be a casual lunch turned into something wonderful. I was delighted to find great quality food with good service. There salad was good, but it was their chicken salpicao which got me. The difference in textures as well as the cloves of roasted garlic won me over. Would recomend if you plan to have a quiet lunch by yourself or with family.
