Nakakalungkot. Ang ganda ng interior at maraming variety sa Japanese menu pero yung mismong product na katabi ng pangalan nila which is their Ramen, ay hindi lasang Ramen. I ordered their Spicy Ramen at nung dumating sa akin, of course I was excited to try it. But then at the 1st sip of its broth, I knew something was off. It didn't taste like Ramen at all. Even the noodles were off. Looked like something you serve for a Bolognese Pasta. Bottomline: Lasang sinabawang spaghetti worth 315 pesos. Silly me that I read the other reviews here in website and most of the ratings were 3.5 below. The most ecent one had a high rating so I thought I could give it a shot. Mapapa-shot talaga ako sa sama ng kinain ko.Shout out nalang kay kuya waiter na mabait. They should put a curtain or something to their kitchen where they clean their dishes. I can smell it from where I'm sitting. Won't come back here again.

I saw this Ramen house near my workplace and I got curious so I tried it out. The interior of the place is really nice. It is located at the back of Family Mart where we pass through going to and fro Garnet Road.I tried their House Specialty - Ajisen Ramen and it tastes pretty good. The broth of the Ramen has this unique flavor and it's not that salty. The noodles were al-dente. The price is also competitive. I also ordered their Don Buri Gyudon and it's delicious. It maybe a bit sweet for others but for me, it's just right.

Well, Ajisen Ramen is not really that bad. But so far, from all the ramen bowls that I’ve ever tried, their ramen is the ramen that I can say farthest to an authentic Japanese bowl.

Service is fast. They provide service tea while you wait for your food. Food was served less than 10 minutes. We were in a hurry when we visited because we have work, luckily, they serve food fast! And the food, sooo delicious!!! It's kind of pricey, our bill was 1000php for two heads. We ordered two rice meals and a ramen we shared because the serving can be good for two.

I don't know what noodles they used but it seemed to me like spaghetti pasta. 👎🏻 Taste wise is hmm okay. Not bad but not yummy either for me. Price wise is 👎🏻. Too pricey. Eat again? : noGreat interiors tho. 👍🏻Food ordered: Ajisen Ramen

It's my second time to eat here at Ajisen Ramen, and unfortunately, the first experience wasn't that positively memorable. Glad to have given it another try though, as the second visit redeemed this restaurant for me. The key was that I didn't order their ramen anymore, as their version was in my top 5 of not-so-authentic-Ramen list. Customer service also slightly improved versus before when the staff and even the manager seemed like they couldn't care less 😕Anyway, I ordered the Spicy Tuna Sashimi and Kani Salad this time. The former had a good spicy kick, the fish seemed fresh and there was more of the tuna versus the tempura flakes. This version was one of the most satisfactory spicy tuna sashimi that I've tasted. On the other hand, the Kani Salad was a perfect complement to avoid "suya" from the sashimi. What added to the positive experience was the moderate price and good-serving size. Ambiance and service were so-so.Nevertheless, willp definitely back, not only because restaurant options near the office are quite limited (but that's a honestly a big factor haha), but because now I've discovered where to get my Spicy Tuna Sashimi fix next time 😊

They got the place down pat. Service was okay. But why is there spaghettini in their chashu ramen? Pasta instead of ramen noodles? 😫 So the ramen ended up tasting like an expensive milky sopas, no thanks to the starchy pasta.

already on my our second visit but still failed. Their ramen taste okay but not that extraordinary, not even hot enough. Ordered their sushi (different kinds for the the two visits) but still not that delicious. Not worth every peso. And to add, i thought that a dessert can redeem such a sad experience but nope. Ordered mochi ice cream, it was too watery! The ice itself is like a cheap kind of ice you can see in cheap halo halos. The ice cream was just ordinary vanilla ice cream and the mochis are hard. Too bad. 😣 Not worth the money. Lesson learned: sometimes second chances are not worthy.

Ajisen Ramen serves delicious Ramen at an affordable price of 290-400 pesos. The soup is not as full bodied as the best Ramen I've tasted but the flavor is sufficient enough. Hindi nakakaumay. The place is clean and the crews are attentive. I ordered Chasu Ramen at 345 pesos. The meat serving is generous.

Ironically enough, I have never tried the Ramen from this place. But for all intents and purposes, this is a solid Japanese joint found in the heart of Ortigas. They have generous portions, an array of sushi and maki dishes, and all at a reasonable (relative to other Japanese restaurants) price. The interiors are very refreshing, and the service is always top-notch. Tip - look for Ryan, he'll never fail in giving you VIP treatment! Will surely go back to try the ramen.
