i brought a friend to this branch recently (an aspiring website) and she liked the food. it was her first time to try yoshinoya and decided she'd bring some of her friends here soon. i, on the other hand, liked an item from their old line-up (fish fingers) which was no longer available so i tried their ebi tempura bento. i would have gotten a better value-for-money deal with tokyo tokyo for the same item (the dessert did not really make the meal it better).

Before leaving on a jet back to Dubai, we went to Mall of Asia to pass the time. We decided to go for a quick bite at Yoshinoya and I ordered thwir tempura basket. The quantity was really a lot, I was not able to finish one serving. Food is fine and the staff were very patient and friendly!

My officemate and I were dying to try the maki, sadly it was sold out already so we ordered their rice meals and red iced tea for our dinner after work. I didn't like the taste of both food and iced tea, it doesn't taste like Japanese even the rice isn't sticky enough, it keeps falling off my chopsticks. I hope this restaurant can improve better.
