If I could rate lower, I would. First, cramped space. They open at 11:30 and we were there at 11. But once we got inside, they're not ready. They're having trouble placing our group (21 pax) in 1 long table so what one table usually is for 4 people, we ended up with 5-6 people just so they can push in more guests. It's pretty difficult since there are a lot of plates and there's a grill at the middle. It takes them so long to replenish fast moving items such as beef slices for grilling. The oil from the grill leaks on the floor which calls for safety as we don't know if it can catch fire and is also dangerous to people walking around as it's very slippery. After alerting the staff of the oil leak, they turned the grill off without saying anything. Note that I was cooking something in the grill. I thought that it may be a safety precaution but after a few minutes of waiting, the staff didn't return to give us the go signal to cook. And of course, the leak didn't stop. We just got frustrated and gave up on grilling. Aside from that, it was very hot inside the establishment. This particular branch already got a bad rep. Still gave it a chance though. Never again.

I celebrated my birthday here with my friend.. since we're bOth pig-eater and a #japanesecuisine lover we decided to eat here.. i luv it here.. especiially the grilling part cuz u decide to make ur own grills and they have this tons of choices from raw fishes & seafoods to meats & saussages.. luv it.. and the amviance really good.. and i luv their kimchi, it was really nice and different from before.. try the Ampalaya kimchi.. 👍👍👍

This is my first time to eat in Yakimix. I bought our voucher in Metrodeal. It was a nice deal. We saved 250php for 2 person. We just wanted to experienced their buffet because of the restaurant's popularity. The store's location is quite untidy. Maybe because there's a variety of restaurant that serves fresh seafood there. I heard it was called Dagat-dagatan. And you have to pay 30pesos for parking fee. Anyways, if you bought a voucher you have to make a reservation a week before or you wouldn't be allowed to enter the place. But I must admit that their food is delicious, there's a variety of dish to choose. Their meat is well-seasoned but if you're not a heavy eater I'll suggest that you pick a thin sliced meat and avoid eating lots of rice. I gave them 4 star because of the store's location and their manager is not as friendly unlike his crew. But don't get me wrong, he didn't treat us badly, but it felt like he's just forcing his self to accommodate us. But no harm done. Maybe the guy is just having a bad day. P.S. It is also quite hot. An upgrade of their air-conditioned would be great.

Pleasant Customer Service👍Limited Variety of Foods😢Pocket-Friendly ✓Foods' tastes were great during our visit.But please always check each food station.Seemed like you were depriving your customers from tempuras.You must also provide proper ice container.It's quite untidy.Desserts were limited too,including the other viands.But each food tasted well.I loved their cucumber juice.It's not that sweet.Almost perfect in taste.We'll definitely come back.:)

Affordable price but very good food! I like their seafoods, and most of all the bacon with asparagus or mushroom! Plenty parking space as well... Most of the restaurants here have few parking slots so it's big yes for me.

Dining here with a bunch of nieces and nephews for my niece's pre-graduation celebration. The whole strip of Hobbies of Asia, I noticed as I was looking for the resto, is all buffet stops that it made me wonder if people who are leisurely walking around here and eventually plan to have their meals get so confuse with the numerous choices that they don't know which resto to go to. I asked my niece why Yakimix again since we had been to a Yakimix in a different branch, she said she enjoyed that experience that she wanted a repeat. The lot of us were a bit disappointed because this branch is a bit cramp in the food station, limited choices in the dishes of different cuisine station. My nieces and nephews said: "you just have to jostle your way into the dish you want if you want to taste it," and that's a bit tacky for me. Diners don't want to behave like those hungry scavengers, do they? By the time you reach the serving dish, it's empty. It happened the whole night on certain dishes that you have to wait for a limited refill, so we, who liked that certain dish were all agog waiting for the refill and it left a bad taste in my mouth to be in that situation, so I left the jostling over to the rest while I contented myself with dishes that were a bit left behind...which wasn't much. The staff are accommodating though despite not smiling at all, which is understandable since they've been rushed on their feet from the word go. Pictures were takes by my niece who is tiny and skinny enough to "jostle" her way to the front 😜

Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️Compared to Robinson's Ermita Yakimix this branch is my favorite. Although, this place is smaller and food varieties are lesser than robinson's. Their staff are all friendly, attentive, nice and enthusiastic🤗🤣

I like their branch here. The food's plenty and quickly replenished. Unlike the other branches that are located in the mall, only a few people are lined up in here.

I'm a Buffet Restaurant fan.... As long as there is Maki, Tempura and Siomai its already ok., hehe...Yakimix Macapagal Branch have that and on my taste its acceptable..Pros: Smokeless grill in your table.            Ambiance is okCons : Limited food choices              Settings of their Air conditioner is too high (your sweating while eating...) I address it to their staff but no reply..              Pricey for few selection of foodBeen here last night (Jun. 8, 2016) to celebrate my wife's Birthday.

Good service quality. But quite a bad experience to eat at 7 O'clock.. Nothing much and sushi looks so so~. too late to eat the cake is few there. Watermelon ice. Woh ! If you are hungry then it is fine all you can eat.
