Once again a branch of Yabu doesn’t disappoint. This time I decided to try the Original Katsudon Set (Hire). It was so filling. I actually prefer the Katsu sets and Curry sets usually, but wanted to try something different for a change. Tried the wasabi sauce/dressing for the first time too. Can’t believe I haven’t had it before!!

Yabu has a huge seating capacity at MOA branch. They never disappoint me. Unlimited rice! Katsu is one of my favorites. I will always go back here.

My go-to katsu restaurant. Wanted to get their menchi katsu, but it wasn’t available during our visit so I got their katsudon instead which was still as good as I remembered it to be. Place was nice and we were seated as soon as we entered the restaurant. It was a bit hard to call the attention of the servers and we had a hard time flagging them down to get our bill. Other than that minor inconvenience, the food was served quickly so it wasn’t all that bad.

Reataurant is OK.Pros: Good quality katsu and unli serving of side dishes.Cons: Quality of fruits degrades once you request for additional. Katsu is a bit on the bland side since Japanese cuisines use little to no salt. For the price, I'd rather go to samgyupsal joints.

Talk about “sulit” Japanese dining experience and I’d answer, “Yabu”! Unlimited rice (white/brown), miso soup, cabbage, and fruits (pineapple & watermelon). What I like about their outlet here is upon being seated, their staff would gladly offer an overview about how to enjoy your dining experience.

I enjoyed my second time dining at Yabu. The first time I tried this was way back 5 years ago., which sadly was not that memorable My friend pushed me to try Yabu again to change my perspective and have a better experience.We received a free Mozarella Katsu stick, because of their ongoing valentines promo. It was my first time trying it and it would definitely not be my last. The Mozarella stick was not that oily. While hot, the excitement of the cheese stretching is cool. The accompanied dipping sauce tasted awesome and complimented the mozarella stick very well and made it unique from the others I've tried.For the main dish, I ordered the Hire and Tori Menchi Pair. Serving size was huge for someone like me that eat mostly rice and little meat. I enjoyed my meal because it didn’t seem oily like I remembered, thanks to all the sides. My overall experience was great. Refillable rice, cabbage, soup and fruit was a sweet bonus. Your P300+ is definitely “sulit”. You’ll leave the restaurant full and satisfiedThe staff was very attentive and friendly. They start refilling our sides even before I call their attention. Overall, pleasurable servers and a great dining experience I had.

One of the best katsu in town. I ordered for chicken curry with highest spicy. The katsu is very juicy while the curry sauce is very masarap. My wife order for kurobuta katsu. Its the best price performance

had my birthday dinner here!! Really good, AMAZING FOOD. we all enjoyed it. Service could be better but we were still very satisfied. I know how tiring it is in the food industry... I recommend not eating rice so you can enjoy more and not get full easily! 😆 appetizers are also a must try!

Great deal for unlimited side dish and good customer service since you have to request for follow up sets. Japanese food cravings satisfied! However, they have limited choice of food (no sushi and ramen).

I haven't tried here a dish that I didn't like. My favorite would be the Chicken & Menchi Katsu Pair Set. There's a very generous amount of katsu, plus the refillable goodies is almost enough to keep one full for the whole day. I also always look forward to the Goma dressing.
