The flavors are just 150% spot on!Went here for a fast merienda but never thought that these three small plates will satisfy two people the way it did ☺☺☺Will be coming back soon for those lovely pork buns!Only downside was because we were place on a table near the entrance door, flies were somewhat around us. But other than that, food is really heart and excellent.

We were looking for a chinese restau then we found Tim Ho Wan. I've always wanted to try this since they only had limited branches here in PH so why not try it.FOOD 4/5I must say that this place is really an authentic chinese food restau coz you will taste how sweet/salty and a bit bland their food was. Ya know the typical chinese food where the ingredients were mainly raw and has a strong aroma. So I will list down below the foods that we ordered.*Chow Mien Stir Fried Noodle - ahh yess I definitely love the taste. The first bite was so good but not until you chew the pepper on it (well it's a chinese food so most likely that will happen lol)*Tofu with Pork Floss - tastes nice. Tofu was cooked properly, you can still taste how fluffy it is when you bite it. Pork floss perfectly matches with tofu it is just that it sticks in my teeth so you better need a mouthwash or something to pull it off after you eat hehe.*Beancurd Skin Roll with Shrimp - we tried this since it is one of my fave dimsum dishes. It's crunchy and savory but with no taste of shrimp at all.*Pork Dumpling with shrimp - course we need a steamed food so we ordered this one and super sarap!*Prawn Sauce Fried Chicken Wing - Average taste for me. Just the usual fried chicken.*So we ordered Spare Ribs Rice but unfortunately they gave us the wrong one. So they served it to us and poured some sauce on it in front of us. Since we are not familiar with the taste, we almost ate 1/4 of the food already then realized that there was no taste of spare ribs at all. So we asked them if we got the right food that time, but we don't HAHA. They gave us Rice with Beef and Fried Egg and I don't like the taste so much. So bland and the after taste tastes bitter swear! LmaoService 2/5You have to write a check in their menu list the foods you wanted to order and gave it to them. But unfortunately, they mistakenly gave the wrong food to us. I don't know what happened and how come they mistakenly gave us the wrong food. But the worst thing happened, we wanted to replaced our food since thay gave us the wrong one. Well, they did but still wanted us to pay the amount of the wrong food they gave us. Wow imagine how clever they were. All I thought is that they will give it to us for free or just pay the one that we ordered but NO haha! So we still paid the wrong food even if it is their fault that time. We just thought that maybe they cannot afford to pay it so it's okay.Ambience 4/5The place was nice and clean that time. It's cozy so it is a perfect place for lunch and dinner.Overall rating 3/5The foods were nice. You just have to order the right one, ask the servers their best sellers to help you find the perfect food. We paid around 2000 plus just for 4 persons. We got surprised by that HAHA so you have to be careful in choosing how many foods you will get since one dish costs just around 100 or 200 plus but when you get the total amount, you will be shocked by that.

Service is Excellent (If Only the Food Would Follow Suit)...Big disappointment.  For years I have seen lines at the branch in Makati and so to avoid the crowd we decided to try the one at the Mall of Asia.  Place is small and you will end up quite close with the other customers.  Design is cute --- upper walls are lined with bamboo steamers which formed a unique look.  Service was outstanding --- staff was always spot on in clearing used dishes etc.  Menu is quite limited. The food came a bit slow so we were pretty famished.  Tea choices were oolong and jasmine.  Dishes were just so-so. Not good not bad more like "meh."  The food itself was surprisingly and disappointingly insipid.  Ribs with black bean sauce seriously need a revamp. Noodles were okay not too salty which was good.  All in all - nothing to write home about...Customers didn't seem to mind. Most dropped by for a quick bowl of soup before shopping again. My theory is that it is a hit because this is the only real option for dim sum and it cunningly opens branches in areas without dim sum competition so more power to this establishment.

Not my first time and definitely not my last. I like how fast the orders come. The attendants are quick and fast to respond.I love their dimsums, congees and their dumplings. I specially love their hot barley drink.

I always eat here when im craving for quick and cheap chinese food. They have a variety of quick and easy dishes that always satisfy my cravings. I never get bored of eating here.I love their lotus leaf wrapped glutinous rice and pork buns.

Looking for something near heh and this place is just by the entrance. Decided to just get 5 dishes.Baked Pork Bun (P158): ⭐⭐⭐⭐Sweet and the bun is a bit crunchy, yummy as always.Vermicelli Roll with Sweet and Sesame Sauce (P140): ⭐⭐⭐Bit basic.Spareribs Rice (P170): ⭐⭐⭐My dad commented about the small portions. He also didn't like the flavor of it.Steamed Minced Pork with dried squid (P170): ⭐⭐⭐Mom didn't like it either lol, there was no wow factor for her.Beef Tendon Noodles (P190): ⭐⭐⭐Very small portion 😂, it tasted okay, the tendons were really soft.Service: ⭐⭐⭐We waited quite a while for the food even if its not that crowded that time.Ambiance: ⭐⭐⭐⭐Place is clean.Will we go back? I guess not. But a to-go pork bun will always be an option.

i still wonder how come this place serve only a handful of offerings compared to the myriad of chinese restos in the... world?! well, i guess they bank on their quality best sellers and that might not be a bad thing. hey, it’s michellin rated so what’s your issue bunny?! lelzi have a confession. i usually just eat the pork buns, like on its own, until my friens told me to douse it w/ the chili sauce. i was like, no thanks im good, but he insisted so to appease him, i did so. i should’ve listened during my intake of the 2 buns because on my 3rd bun, i experienced bliss - like, bible! no friggin’ joke, it was devilishly delicious. hence, i ordered another set and that was the time i truly enjoyed these buns. PLEASE TRY because it really brings about this a flavor of spectacular!

I like my space so when they stick you in a table of two in the middle of a row between a long line of diners, that's already one less star for me. I realize this is a casual place but the prices dictate I should be owed some room to breathe.Then the service was slow, we had to follow up many times, and they were served one at a time in long intervals that I can no longer enjoy them.The sever was also not apologetic.Michelin star or not - this only gets one star from me.

They served us pork buns with a little cockroach on the bottom of the crust. Used to enjoy the food here but upon this instance, we would not risk going back. We'll miss you, pork buns. 😭

We went here last saturday with my family to eat lunch. When we got here we are in the waiting list #3, but a few minutes later we got our seat already. We ordered the asado bun, some dimsums and hk wanton noodle soup. The food was great. We especially liked their asado buns. It's delicious, the bun was so soft. And I was satisfied with their service, it was fast.
