Ralph Lim Joseph did an excellent job at gathering collectively the best collection of imported wines, champagnes and spirits within Manila. The person obviously knows his wine and contains create a weekly tasting club where one can find out about wine also.

I didnt reach taste your wine :( However the food is superb! And the waiter is quite attentive. We'd a paella (i forgot what particular kind).

Visited this place the other day and the restaurant appeared promising, with a good collection of wines and tapas. (Didn't realize that they had a resort, too.) But I acquired defer when I noticed the supervisor or boss (a guy called Ralph) sexually harass a teenage-lookingon-the-work trainee, inquiring her what her bra dimension was. I was totally shocked and I believed it was disgusting habits, and I really believe it bears mentioning, and consuming action on, particularly if things such as this happened nowadays. I'll never visit this location again.
