We usually frequent this place just to buy drinks to-go, since we are always in a hurry and this place is always full. But one Friday lunch, we passed by this place when we were about to go to another restaurant and noticed that it wasn't packed, so we decided to have our lunch there. I haven't tried much of the dishes here, but I've tried their sardine pasta, and that's what I ordered again. Seriously, the serving is a LOT. I also like their matcha latte (both hot and iced). They also have friendly staff. Two thumbs up.

Looking for a place to save me from starving after renewing my passport... I decided to eat at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I arrived a few minutes past 10am and the store has a few people already. Glad it isn't crowded. I ordered "Brek O' Day" and a matcha latte. Ambiance was great... I get to enjoy my breaky while reading newspapers and scrolling through my media accounts. Staff was also very attentive, although there are only 2 of them. The bagel is soft, salad is fresh, and the hotdogs were perfectly cooked. Food- 5/5Ambiance- 5/5Service- 5/5

Went to CBTL last week just 2 days after the launch of Pokemon Go. Had been very busy since then hence the delay. 😄I ordered Matcha Green Tea Latte on their tea madness happening every Monday for the whole month of August. The catch is that when you ordered hot tea latte, they would only give you the small version of it and if it cold then it will just be upgraded to regular size. But nevertheless, a drink just cost 100php during their promo.Back to the drink, it was a little viscous as compared to their other drinks, maybe it a lot of Matcha powder was placed inside my drink but I can still taste the powder used to make my drink. Aside from being viscous, the Matcha was well flavored. Not too strong.Very friendly staff with wifi at your disposal if you can show your swirl card however, no sockets available for use.

The red cups are flooding my feed today (and the occassional Trump) so why not share my experience at the CBTL branch in MOA. Located at the ground floor of the Entertainment Wing (along the back side of the mall facing Manila Bay) they offer a fantastic view of the sunset.Service here is just below average. The front staff doesn't have that welcoming charm. She was simply standing there, no hi or hello. Weird that i was the one who engaged in small talk. Asked what are the pastries available and she just simply signaled the display on the far left. When I asked I had a hard time seeing she did not flinch until i gave her the eye. I also asked her if the airconditioning was on, she said it was under maintenance.Mocha Ice Blended was good but was not as refined. Ham and Cheese wheat pandesal was filling. Good food, forgettable first encounter.

CBTL free drink promo today. I ordered the vanilla ice blended version. The EM branch is a more typical mall / heavier foot traffic location / site. It is a bit cramped but there are tables and chairs outside to make up for it. The L-shaped area contributed to the cramped feeling but offers good views of the outside / Seaside for those that managed to get seats. Quantity : Typical / similar to other coffee places. Quality & Taste : The vanilla ice blended version is a bit too sweet for me. It is good for dessert and for those that prefers mild coffee taste. It tastes very much like coffee flavored ice cream. Price & Overall : Regular price is typical / similar to other coffee places. Overall rating is average.

Everytime I'll be dropping by in their cafe, I always bought the ready to drink coffee of the shop. Maybe because I much prefer the not sweetened flavor of latte that's why I pretty chose this. The staff was also approachable & a good ambiance to stay in a while.

Excellent service and friendly staff! The mocha latte and spicy tuna pandesal is a good combination. The ambiance is just right for an early morning quiet breakfast while working on my emails.

Ordered Pure Chocolate Hazelnut Iced Blended to beat the afternoon heat. It tasted really good! 👍 However, the place is too small. Limited seats only.

To be perfectly honest I wouldn't have went here if it weren't for their monday promos. I have no regrets however because i instantly fell in love with their ice blended matcha and good customer service. My only problem is the small store they have in moa so getting a table inside is kind of a rare occurrence since a lot of people do frequent the place but then again having lots of people there is just a testament to how good their brews are.
