Ambience: clean yet warm resto. There was a couple of electric fan to help bring down the temperature. But doesnt seem to be effective. It was uncomfortably warm so I had to use their laminated menu as a fan.Food: decent. Its not like you'd be wow'd with the taste. We ordered a nanlalaban sa kunat na yakitori, acceptable miso soup, so-so maki and sushi, well seasoned gyudon and tonkatsu.Service: one of the worst Ive been. When i order from their unlimited menu, it takes 7-12mins before they serve it. They say its made to order. So yeah, seems they need to cook the rice first as it took them 10mins to serve it. Funny thing is, its cold. Their servers are not attentive. I literally see a couple if patrons raising their hands but the waiters/waitresses were ignoring them making the tables. Asking for a bill and change will take at least 5 mins.. consistency at its finest.. no wonder why they have a very low rating here in website.

Ambiance in this place is so so..Place is not that clean.The quality of the food served here is really disappointing compared to the other branches.But the price is ok.Service is one of the worst because they lack manpower. Waiters were accommodating once you catch their attention.

Took a while before the waiter took our orders and another while for the dishes to be served. The Sukiyaki Beef broth was tasteful but the Maki rolls were served not in its proper composition (buhaghag). Place was a bit hot.

Me and my gymbuddies went here after a tiring work out, we had their promo 499 unli pick it was good! u shud try their sukiyaki and yakitori , for me i find it so sulit na but the thing is the servers are slow. Aniway id still give them 4.5 out of 5 :-)

Never go here. There was a strand of hair on every dish. Totally the worst dining experience. The servers seemed non-chalant about the situation.

Food was great. It was just a bit slow and crew was not attending concerns right away but again. Food was okay and the unlimited buffet was nice

Service was quick and food came to the table quickly.Great miso.Fairly good Sashimi Boat although the tuna was a little dryTempura scallops were a little floury which was surprising considering the name of the restaurant.Bathroom is in need of renovation and a decent clean especially given the close proximity to the kitchen door.

Place - place was a bit ordinary and ambiance is like the one you feel when you're at a fastfood chain. We went here since this is the only resto w/ few people considering that there were many people at MOA at that time.Service - service was kind of slow. Food - we ordered the group meal Hokkaido for 4 since we were 4 and were budgetting. Meal was ok, tempura was a little bit oily. The california maki was good.

Super slow service. I'm so hungry but my food is not served on time. I askee for water they forget my request. And there's no receptionist on the front desk.

So let’s start off with the service, they were pretty slow. We ordered a set for 4 but i forgot what the name was. The food is alright though the katsu is soggy on the bottom. Ambiance? Y’all totally need to renovate the restaurant and the furniture. Overall the experience was alright but the service needs to improve and the decor and furniture in the restaurant needs to be renovated.
