Ambience: clean yet warm resto. There was a couple of electric fan to help bring down the temperature. But doesnt seem to be effective. It was uncomfortably warm so I had to use their laminated menu as a fan.Food: decent. Its not like you'd be wow'd with the taste. We ordered a nanlalaban sa kunat na yakitori, acceptable miso soup, so-so maki and sushi, well seasoned gyudon and tonkatsu.Service: one of the worst Ive been. When i order from their unlimited menu, it takes 7-12mins before they serve it. They say its made to order. So yeah, seems they need to cook the rice first as it took them 10mins to serve it. Funny thing is, its cold. Their servers are not attentive. I literally see a couple if patrons raising their hands but the waiters/waitresses were ignoring them making the tables. Asking for a bill and change will take at least 5 mins.. consistency at its finest.. no wonder why they have a very low rating here in website.

Ambiance in this place is so so..Place is not that clean.The quality of the food served here is really disappointing compared to the other branches.But the price is ok.Service is one of the worst because they lack manpower. Waiters were accommodating once you catch their attention.

Took a while before the waiter took our orders and another while for the dishes to be served. The Sukiyaki Beef broth was tasteful but the Maki rolls were served not in its proper composition (buhaghag). Place was a bit hot.
