Finally got to try their matcha and espresso fusion drink for P170 (Grande)But before that, just a little side note about this Starbucks branch. I kinda loved their lighting so I opened my camera and looked for a spot for photo taking, when their guard tapped me on the shoulder and told me that taking photos inside the store is not allowed. Is this the new rule inside all Starbucks stores?Anyways, back to this drink. I liked my first sip of the drink since the one at the bottom was the matcha. It was bitter, just how I liked it. But when I stirred my straw in there and mixed my drink, the resulting product tasted just like iced coffee. This is coming from a infrequent coffee drinker. I think the drink was strong because I had a hard time sleeping. And there was also a moment when I woke up from my sleep because of the hyperacidity this caused me hehe. This is why I don't drink coffee 😅

Food/Drinks 5Location 4Service/Staff 5Most of the time I'm trying to order the "Secret Menu" that's why I appreciate the skills of the baristas in this branch because they have never failed yet to amaze me with the special taste of my beverage. I think their excellent drinks go hand in hand with their excellent baristas as well; they are even jolly and all accomodating to the customers especially to the elderly. They also have many kinds of cakes to offer hehe.Negative point is that their store is small; knowing that they are located inside Resorts World, most of the time all the tables/chairs are taken. Maybe that's why many of their customers will just have their food and drinks to go. 😑

I can't believe i'm only discovering Starbucks Chocolate Pudding just now! It is so good, not too sweet, silky smooth pudding. For 65pesos you get a cute tiny hard plastic cup that resembles their ceramic ornaments. Bought one and planning to keep it together with my ornament collection. So cute. I hope they extend a couple more days.
