Just waited over 10minutes to get served during a peak time with only 2 staff serving then a third person finally appeared. The staff here are great but the wait to get coffee was 15minutes. I'm not happy about that at all.

Awesome staff and they remember your name. Didn't have wait long for my purchase. The location is ideal especially their hours since I work at nights.

Really accommodating  and friendly staff! They do cater to any of your need, they also entertain questions and do answer with utmost assurance. Spacious place do help and the ambiance perfectly set up the mood for that hot brew of coffee they serve.

This is the best place to chill among all the Starbucks branches in the SM MOA complex. It is not always full unlike the ones inside the mall.

Tip for green tea lovers:Order Iced Green Tea Latte then let them change the syrup into mint instead of classic. Also, I recommend you trying their new chicken canneloni. The taste is superb.For the ambience of this branch, I wouldnt recommend it to people who would want to work on their thesis/paperworks or people who just wanna chill and enjoy their cup of coffee. The place is usually crowded and a bit noisy, you wouldn't get enough seats in one snap too.
