I love Serenetea but this particular branch failed in customer service on so many levels. My favorite drinks are their Greentea Kitkat Frappe and another being the Cookies and Cream. So last night my boyfriend and I went to the Serenetea close to his work place which was at Two-ecom MOA. I had no idea that my favorite greentea drink was only seasonal and that it had recently been faced out. I was really upset since I was looking forward on having it that day. My boyfriend asked me if I wanted to speak to cashier personally to inquire on what other alternatives I can have and so I did. Their cashier/staff John Ralph Garbosa was the one whom I spoke to. I was suprised at his rudeness of not even showing empathy for my sadness on my recently faced out favorite drink. He also had this way of showing me he doesn't care if we ordered or not. I was asking for their recommendations that are somewhat similar to my favorite drink because even the cookies and cream was unavailable. He kept on cutting me off and it was obvious how uninterested he was in our order. 😞 He had this way of making you feel as if he was ready to argue with you on what to order when in fact we were just trying to ask for help on getting an alternative recommendation for my drink. We have walked all the way from MOA to Two Ecom for their branch. MOA has a lot of cafes and tea places that we could've chosen but since Serenetea was my favorite, we went all the way there. It was overall a dissappointing and an upsetting experience. I have been to different branches of Serenetea, never have I ever felt so wrongly treated like I was last night. I ended up just ordering their plain Matcha blended slush drink and my boyfriend ordered choco cookies because it was the only thing on their menu that had ice cream on it according to John. While waiting for our order, I asked my boyfriend to check the nameplate of the guy who assisted us because I really felt like he was an embarrassment to other Serenetea branches who continually gives a lot of effort to make their customers feel valued. He had no nameplate on. Luckily his name was on our receipt. I've been to different customer service oriented workplace, whether food or other industries. If you are having a bad day, you have no right to pass it on to your customers because you are not only carrying your name, you are carrying your brand.

Great place for a quick milk tea but the speed of service is not that great.Long queues as always. Most of the time, the air-conditioning is not working.

The branch (Shore residences) isn't too crowded. I'm fond of drinking classic milk teas in different tea houses so when we went here, I immediately asked a staff because I'm not familiar with the taste of Okinawa, Wintermelon, etc.The staff suggested me Okinawa Milk Tea (they don't have peas that time. Sugar level is 70% but it was still sweet. Sadly, they ran out of pearls that time.

I love their taro milk tea and the concept of putting ice cream in their tea/juice. Try their chicken strips too! Price range from 100-250 only. They also have random promos. Friendly staff too who will recommend what milktea suits your taste. :)
