Food, not delicious at all! It lacked flavor. We ordered their tapa, corned beef and burger steak meal. And they all disappointed us. never again.

My friends and I have been through a really tough day at work and while we were searching for a good place to eat, this food establishment crossed our mind. Service was poor. The lady who assisted us wasn't really polite at all. We ordered Sisig and didn't seem fresh. We complained but the other crew who assisted us didn't even apologize and instead, justified that the rice they served us is fresh. It's my first time to eat at this place; this would definitely be the last and I will never recommend this to anyone else.

The food is horrible. If could only rate it as 0 I would! The crew is disrespectful, didn't even apologize for their service. I will never go back again.

August 25, 2018 3:30pm FDB - I have tried out Rufus before more than have a decade ago and remember not liking what I ate. Not really bad but not good either. We ordered chicken tinola php120, t-bone steak php199 & the supposedly famous tapa php125.Quantity : Each of the items ordered is good enough for a light meal or heavy snack.Quality & Taste : The tapa is more sweet than salty. The steak is a bit tough similar to the usual steaks served at most eat all you can buffets. The tinola is ok at best but I prefer tinola with strong flavors. Rufus' version is quite bland.Price & Overall : Prices are reasonable but you can get better meals elsewhere (unless you prefer Rufus' versions). Rating is below averageThegastronomersdiary

Service is very slow. It took them 40 minutes to serve spaghetti and burger, given that there were only 5 customers. After 40 mins, boom! Wrong order! Please improve your service.

The service is quite slow. The food is also not that good because the taste is not that consistent (sometimes it is good and sometimes it's not). Food availability is also disappointing, since some of their products are usually unavailable. Though they really have good sisig!

We ordered via food panda tokwat baboy and tinola. Such a dissapointment. The baboy of the tokwa is purely fats with hairs like no one can eat it and will just throw it away. The tinola tastes like balut soup and the chicken used has some black parts on it. We wonder if its an old stock and if its still safe to eat. We will never order from this resto ever again. Waste of money.

Went with friends here during December. They have slow service. You’ll get super hungry first before serving. Their tapa is okay. Their Sisig tastes like carton paper.

Certified Filipino foods such as tapa, sisig, and tinola, comes with different variety. Easy to locate because it is connected with SM Mall of Asia just different building. Small yet very convenient. Good place to chill and relax 😀

They have the best tapa I have ever tasted. But this branch is different. Food was not even hot when it was served. The rice was obviously days old already. Had some rice leftover for take out, 2 cups. When they gave it back, 1 cup nalang. I have a bad feeling they aren’t throwing it away, and would let other customers eat your leftover.
