My family and We visited your restaurant final September 1st to celebrate my sister's birthday celebration. I am pleased to say the meals served was of top quality and ambiance really was very nice. We were in high spirits whenever we visited your eating place but yourstaff named SUZANNE was the most severe. Her attitude and insufficient communication spoiled our higher expectation, she was therefore unwelcoming and really was rude. I has been so nice to contact your waiters as "Dear" when requesting something which earned an extremely sarcastic remark from the lady Suzanne she mentioned "Oi ayan dear na pala ikaw ngayon, dear na tayo lahat ngayon" and laughed.We were served but she was generally in a hurry not asking if we have been already done and she'd start picking right up the plate and clear it up. She demonstrated how exactly to make use of the plates in ways like we have been very ignorant one who does not learn how to consume in that sort of restaurant. For my boyfriend's shock party. RESERVATION: The reservation is simple. Simply call their hotline. FOOD VOUCHER: I purchased from Metrodeal: http://www.metrodeal.com/deals/Metro_Manila/RoyalView-Seafood-Restaurant/566528396. You may use as much vouchers as you need in a single visit. I used 4 vouchers, we were 15 then. The food includes: Setmeal best for 4-6 people that contain Minced Chicken and Lovely Corn Soup, Mussels baked with Melted Cheese, Chinese BBQ Asado and Soya Poultry, Steamed Garlic Seafood Fillet and Mix Fry Mushroom with Seasoned Vegetable in oyster Sauce. The foods are great and servings is merely right for all of us. They even present internal promotions for group foods. PLACE: The location is quite fancy and atmosphere is two thumbs up. I cannot say anything poor to it. We'd the reservation at 7pm and also viewed the fireworks on our chairs, very nice. Cons: Maybe as the resto is actually big, they have even private rooms for little gatherings, they offer the food items really slow and We even have to stand outside the cooking area to remind them to serve another foods. Initially, they served only one 1 bowl of rice, but ought to be 4. We nearly finished all other meals and the rice simply arrived. I really was dismayed. But being an honest error, I've currently read some evaluations regarding their program, but nonetheless pushed through, and provided a try.
