Papa John's online delivery sucks! The one who took my order doesn't even know their own menu. It takes time before she gets what I'm ordering. Eventually cancelled my order due to annoying staff!

I find their cream based pasta (i think it was the spinach and carbonara pasta) a bit salty. Their pesto pizza really was addicting, it was perfectly combined with the crab meat!

The staff does not work well under pressure, was not able to serve my additional orders. Priorities are messed up, does not know whom to serve first. Got my orders wrong.

I've tried many outlets of Papa John's in Qatar and UAE. So when i came to the Philippines and suggest to my family to try Papa John's. I was so disappointed to tell you frankly. The quantity and the quality of the cheese were disaster. The tomato dipping for breadstick was not good as what i expected. Making a good pizza must be accompanied with a rich tomato paste which they served it tasteless. Ice tea.... better to order water. The only i like was the pesto pasta.Well for me its better to eat in greenwich. For some people they will like it but i know the real standard taste of Papa John's. So disappointing, it taste substandard. Service very poor!

We ate last night at Papa John's Bluebay walk branch and I noticed their unli pizza promo poster. I went back tonight to try it out. Quantity : It is unlimited iced tea and 5 varieties of pizza so eat and drink as much as you can. I consumed over a dozen pieces since I did not eat the edges. Quality & Taste : The varieties served were Texas Heat, Hawaiian, Garden Special, Simply Cheese, & Pepperoni. They were all not bad but also none were exceptional. To enhance taste, you can use their garlic dip, parmesan, hot sauce, etc. The type of dough used seemed to be between thin/crispy and thick/tasty of the other pizza places. Price & Overall : At 255, it provides good value for money. Overall rating is average. Some observations : Most of what we ordered last night were ok (Cheese & mushroom calzone, chicken poppers, creamy pesto) except for the creamy crab meat. The taste was similar to the cheap instant chicken noodle and was quite salty. We will most probably come back to try out other menu items.

Everybody seems to have something planned the day prior to Father's day. And since I will be on duty on the said occasion, we just celebrated it the day before. Blue Bay Walk was jam-packed with people and ANIMALS since there was a pet event that day. Not to mention tons of citizens visiting their weekly market, this place was as just busy as us trying to find a decent restaurant to eat. However, we failed to do that, just deciding to settle our hungry tummies with fastfood carbs. The service at Papa John's is very very poor. No one seemed to welcome us and escort the family to a table, and for people who would choose to dine in, you would still fall in line at their take-out counter. Finally, we availed their Father's day promo and some additional items which are:All the Meats PizzaChicken Bacon Ranch PizzaThree Cheeses PastaClassic SpaghettiCheesy Mushroom PastaThe pizza is still superb, and still at par with the Papa John's pizza I tasted back in the US, and the melted butter even makes it better. The pastas served are tasty, but not special. Everybody was happy, good food, good monents, except for the service.

Typical family day at Papa John's....food was good but this is not something to be wowed at. The location is what we liked the most coz of the natural light that is coming inside of the restaurant. Thumbs up for that! 👍🏻

manager dont accept orders after 9:30 pm when place closing time 10pm. called to order ahead for pick up was given time limit 15 mins or order will be cancelled eventually pizza still not even started preparation only excuse we do it fresh so what the heck cancell order in 15 mins server. look at picture. pizza dough was yummy very filling but toppings seemed lacking and fewer then what we ate from makati branch. surely full due lots of heavy dough carboydrates. place too dark & staff need professional training customer care and please do smile and manager seated kept talk with another guy indifferent on customer rushing and ordering humility po ang kailangan mo

Very bad service by the crew. No utensils were ready and prepared even though there are only few customers. They also missed serving some of the ordered food and beverage and we were still charged for it.
