I always get food delivered from here. Always arrives in less than an hour, food is always very tasty and service provided is awesome. Over the phone the one taking the orders is always competent about any questions asked about the menu. Never taken down a wrong order and never have to repeat myself.

Nemoto Japanese Restaurant is an odd gem in Pasay that continues to survive over the years. Sure it's a little hard to spot despite being on Buendia and parking feels super risky but it is defenitely worth the journey. We discovered some time back when I was still based in Pasay and continue to visit the place until now. Their main claim to fame are their bento box meals which are all on the P300 range and quite generous given 2 entrées, 1 veggie side, rice, sashimi, miso soup and either beer or ice tea. Despite some shifts over the years the portions remain quite generous and offer great value for money. The place is lined with loads of Manga books and has an odd little charm to it. You're bound to see Japanese customers drinking here on almost any night, which adds to the sense of legitimacy and authenticity of the place. We continue to visit Nemoto when we can as it remains a place worth traveling for.

The staff were very attentive and the food quality and quantity is super worth the price! A bento box that has fish, chicken lollipop, sashimi, rice, veggies and soup (not in the photo) for just Php 250! Plus, they have numerous hello kitty decors all over the place, which is a bonus for a hello kitty lover like me. Will definitely come back!

I’ve been going and eating here since I was a kid! Oh how I love the smell of the whole place! The restroom is so cute and pink and Sanrio inspired! :) Food is classic! 👍🏼☺️

If you’re looking for authentic Japanese food, dine here. Pricey but not that bad for the serving. I ordered for a bento meal and that’s already good for sharing.

I was on my way to school (DLSU Taft Avenue, Manila) when I spotted a Japanese Restaurant at Pasay. It was quite unnoticeable at first if not for the big tarpaulins hanging at the restaurant's windows. I was craving for Salad and Salmon Sashimi so I went inside. The door caught my attention and give me an impression that it really is an exclusive and secured place since it is a sliding door and I cant open it without the assistance of the security guard.I loved the place at first glance because it was well-decorated. Red Japanese lanterns hung all over the place, pink place mats with chopsticks on top are well placed in each table, and several shelves with Japanese books/magazines/mangas can also be observed. The waitress was accommodating and gave me the Pink menu/booklet with each page laminated. I would have ordered the Salmon Sashimi if not for its expensive price for 455.00. I ordered Gyoza and Nemoto Salad instead which cost me a total of 343.00I went to the rest room and observed the place while I was waiting for my order. Their restroom was clean and entertaining because of the stuff toys placed inside and with the picture of Ryzza Mae with a cute kid hung at the door.My order was not yet ready so I observed more. The last thing that caught my attention is the poster of the various Japanese Food with pictures and english translation. I spent my remaining time there memorizing those foods such as Sake for Salmon, Ebi for Shrimp, Kani for Crab, etcetera. It was an entertaining time to kill while waiting. The waitress gave me the bill and my order and even informed me that they offer free delivery along Taft and Makati as long as the order is above 500.00. I stayed for about 15-20 mins. It was quite an ample time for take out orders. I will definitely come back here to eat for dine-in and see how well they serve and present their food :D

Always noticed this place whenever I go to work. Thought this place is crazy wasting tons of salt in their door front. So being crazy and insane and a huge lover of Japanese cuisine, I summon all my guts to try this place. I tell you, the place doesn't have any charms at all when you pass by from the street. Luckily, this place got a very nice guard who welcomes me with a huge smile. Upon entering the place I was greeted by couple of nice ladies. Inside, it looks a bit rustic and Japanese. This place made think that I am actually inside a house in Japan.Food. Fantastic, flavorful and fresh. Price incredibly cheap.

I have one word to describe this place: Authentic. The ambiance, interiors, and the food-- Sure I'm going back here. Both of their spicy garlic ramen and sea food ramen were delicious. I also loved the shāomài but what captured my heart was the special mix maki. Uhhh #foodporn !! For Japanese food lovers, you gotta try this one. :-)

Excellent food. Good prices. And great service. The sashimi was good and was priced better than other Japanese delivery restos. The miso soup was excellent miso soup :)

This Japanese restaurant along Buendia is the only one I've been so far that serves miso soup with clams. Prices are affordable for their bento boxes but be prepared to smell like one after eating. Place is not too big and most of its patrons are Japanese expats. Going back to their food, you can't really eat here without tasting their miso soup because I think it's one of the best that I've tasted. Their bento boxes can be shared by two if they are light eaters as well. Nothing very spectacular about their meals but it's still yummy. They also serve you free fruits for dessert afterwards like bananas or watermelon.
