A cool Independence Day celebration is brought by Latitude at Hotel Jen with its Filipino cuisine themed buffet lunch and dinner. Catch their flavorful authentic Pinoy dishes especially their Kare-Kare, make your own Sinigang, Adobong Manok with Coconut Milk, Chicharong Bulaklak and  Philippines famous Halo-Halo.

Latitude by Hotel Jen’s was truly exceptional bringing hotel guests and walk-ins in their Filipino cuisine theme buffet last June. They have this amazing concept "Make-Your-Own Sinigang(Sour Broth)" where you can choose what vegetables you like to put in your bowl such as ladies' fingers(Okra), Eggplant, Horse Radish, Tomato and many more and also you can pick either pork or beef. Not just one make-your-own food but they have also this "Make-Your-Own Salad" which they have Big bowl of cheese where you can place and mixed all your chosen salad ingredients. Amazing right? They have also meat station with prime roast ribs, chicharon bulaklak, grilled liempo and many more. Sea foods are also in one area which you can ask assistance to have it cooked like shrimps, mussels and clam.    For Filipino desserts they have make-your-own halo-halo, fruit salad, Pianono, Pili Nut Cake, Custard Cake, Mango Float(Must Try), Butter Pudding with milk and many more. They have also fruit station; Orange, pineapple, melon and watermelon.Overall/Summary:The food experience was the best cause they have this "Make-Your-Own" thing even though its a little bit pricey for me. I love the ambiance cause its classy and the staff were very approachable. Will definitely recom this place and bring my family here!Great job Latitude by Hotel Jen!

Located at the ground floor of Hotel Jen Manila, Latitude offers a good spread for its lunch buffet. And for a limited time, they are offering a price slash on their lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch buffet for as low as 700pesos! Although not as varied as other hotel buffets, Hotel Jen has the must haves! I enjoyed the Roast Beef carving with potato wedges, roasted tomatoes and delectable dripping sauce on the side. One can't just have one plate, i for one helped myself to numerous trips back to the carving station. The seafood station had shrimps and mussels. Sadly there was no sushi or sashimi on my visit. The Cheese station had a few cuts of cheese, as well as the bread. Only dinner rolls. For my shrimps, you can ask the friendly staff to cook it to your preference - asked for butter garlic shrimps! The salad station had a cheese wheel! The mains was also a good place to fill you in. My top choices are the beef salpicao, seafood with mangoes and the peri peri roasted chicken. For dessert dont miss out on their bread pudding with vanilla cream. I added a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side for that added creaminess. They also have a juice bar, Tried the lemonade orange. Very rich in Vitamin C! Nice staff, intimate set up. Latitude is a great choice for dining after or before a show at the CCP or a visit to one of the attractions in the tourist friendly Manila area. Recommended.Disclaimer: Sponsored dining by Latitude, Hotel Jen Manila.

Latitude buffet showcase a variety of Asian and international cuisines that would excite your taste palate. It is located at the ground floor of Hotel Jen by Shangrila in Roxas Blvd, Pasay City, Metro Manila.
Its modern style exterior and warm white lighting makes it’s more cozy and comfortable for customers to dine in. For appetizer, we tried their salad section, what’s nice is there is a block of cheese where you can actually shaved it with a wooden spoon. Who doesn’t want cheese? It mixes well with our classic colorful salad. Another must try is the fresh seafood, where you can request them to cook it for you of course we requested for the garlic shrimps. They also serve roast beef, best served with potatoes and corn kernels. As for the dessert section, you must try their pudding, it’s their best seller, it really tastes good, and the softness of the bread, soaked with milk it really melts in your mouth. For sure you’ll get another serving of this sweet dessert.
Breakfast buffet starts at only 850 per person, for Lunch it starts at only P988 per person while for dinner is only at P1088 per person. They also have other promos that would fit to your themed events. To know more checkout their website and Facebook page. This is one of the lowest rates hotel buffet that you can find in the metro.

Latitude staff are kind. They are very attentive to our needs. Thank you. They offered good choice of food variety for breakfast. The food were artistically set; the choices looked so appetizing.I love their bread station. I have eaten croissant and donut and they were delicious and soft.Their coffee station will bring out your creativity; they have espresso machine with foamy milk on top plus chocolate sprinkle. The fried fish section included my favorite, "tuyo", also they have "danggit." They also have a selection of vinegar to pair with my favorite.

Fewer food choices compared to other buffet restaurants however “Latitude is with attitude!” The roast beef is superb, also you can ask the chef to cook the seafood of your choice. Desserts are delectable: cakes, salad, ice cream, bread and egg pudding.

I give this place three stars because you have to compare it to other hotel buffets. Food selection is not as varied or as plentiful as other high end hotels. They always have bacon available though-- the crispy kind. The cook at their egg station could use some help. We have never eaten eggs while at this buffet because it takes really long. They do have a couple of choices for health buffs. Overall, it's okay. Their manager is pretty good &quick on her feet though. Staff are very nice too. At least they adapted and turn the bar area an extension of the buffet. Good thing they have regular tables on our last day there...

This buffet was a lot better when the hotel was newly-opened. The Sunday brunch buffet had limited food choices. Except for the salads stations, the entire selection look abit boring. Taste was just acceptable. The server is ok.
