If you are acquainted with genuine Italian food or you wish to know how it preferences, you must head to La Vita. Chef Maurizio suggested pizza with new burrata, accompanied by a nearly all tender beef carpaccio and a tasty pasta as a starter. We chosehome-produced fettuccine on a creamy truffle sauce with funghi porcini. Totally awesome! Our main meals had been porchetta and Chilean Ocean Bass with spinach. Everything had been of top quality except the espresso was lousy. The program is excellent. Strongly suggested for lovers of true Italian cuisine.
