Very cool and relaxing place, perfect for students who want to have some peaceful place to study. Very clean and smells good. The doughnuts were displayed well and organized on the show case.... The only problem why I rank 3 out of 5 it's because of the cashier. The cashier are obviously not trained and not that educated about the products. I ordered cappuccino and surprisingly the cashier doesn't know how many shots of espresso in their medium size of coffee that makes her leave the cashier area then ask the baristas, it results huslte to part of guests in line waiting for her to come back. The baristas looks so sad and look like its their last day at j.co... Very disappointed about the attitudes of them due to face reactions, they are greeting guests but looks fake through their smiles.. In addition is the quality of dough of their doughnuts, not that impressive ...

Yes, the place is very spacious and do not have long lines unlike in other branches. But when we came here on a Saturday night, there are only few choices for the flavors for donuts. I was disappointed, of course. My friend wanted an alcapone but there's no available on the display. I heard from one staff that we would wait for about 15-30minutes for some donuts to be ready. When I heard that, I walked out the store and decided to go to MoA's branch. MoA's JCo branch is way better than the Blue Bay one. The staff in JCo MoA were fast in refilling the flavors.

My favorite branch of J.co because it is never crowded. Or am I just lucky since every visit, there's few people?? Haha anyways, one time my family and I had breakfast here, the staff offered their promo of bunwich/sandwich which cost php200 plus for a box of 6, value for money and it really is yummy! Plus, free glazed doughnut all.the.time! 😍🍩❤️👍🏻 I love J.co doughnuts!

The service was great! There are only limited customers, so it felt like a total solitude. Awesome doughnut and coffee. I got free honey glaze don't know why. 👌🏻💯🎉

Great place to chill or study. They provide free (and fast) wifi access, charging outlets, and really kind staff. There are almost no customers who dine in so it is really quiet and the ambiance is quite nice. The only downside is that the cooling system is not too cold some times. Other than that, it is a great cafe to go to.
