Dining here is such a let down, I found their food bland and listless. If you plan to use pancakes as a staple product youll bank on in selling your restaurant you should at least try to make the product interesting, this was something IHOP wasnt interested in doing. It seemed like they are just banking that people will recognize the name and immediately gravitate towards the brand. Well their strategy is not working, I have yet to walk out of an IHOP restaurant satisfied.

We went here around 10 in the morning. There were only few customers, so I was expecting the serving will be quick. Unfortunately it was not something I expected, every customer already have their order whilst our order was served last. I just thought is it becuase we're using metrodeal voucher? We tried split decision and breakfast sampler. Nothing fancy. The food tasted good but nothing spectacular. Their serving is huge, good for two, but still I find quite expensive. Will I eat again? Only if I have a metrodeal voucher.

I love ihop and this is the first time that we've tried eating at this branch. We went there between 5 pm to 6 pm on a busy Monday and the store had lots of available seats inside and outside. So, we've ordered Angus Burger Steak, Strawberry and Banana Pancake, Carbonara and Hot tea. The grilled part of the beef is kinda crumby but the sauce is good. Carbonara is good, I enjoyed it and it is also served with sunny side up on top. The Strawberry and Banana Pancake is good, too but tasted "mapait" on some parts, and also, that time they don't have strawberry syrup and up until now(If I can remember it right) but the lady even offered me to have strawberry puree that can be used as a syrup (free of charge!😊) All in all, a good meal but can be improved.

Not worth the price. It's better to wait for a few more minutes for other options to open with reasonable price. Service was too slow - only 2 tables were filled. This is will be the first and last visit.

a bit pricy but the breakfast sampler was effing worth it. I'm a rice person and is not normally satisfied with pancakes only. but i'm thinking of going back just for the pancakes. Service is slow though. i'll come back. well maybe try a different branch.

I only go to IHOP whenever I have a.metrodeal voucher. The 2x i had been in there MOA branch, the aircon were not functioning well. I didnt know if some were broken or they were just saving on electri city.For the food, i love their NY cheesecake pancake. The serving is quite big and meant for sharing. Their big steak omellette was also good though. Theirfried chicken dinner is so-so, i found the chicken a bit dry and coating was hard. Chickenjoy is.much better :-).Well, i will still dine here as.long as there is a.discount coupon. But paying the full price, Id rather go to pancake house. :-)

First of all, the most annoying thing, is the exit sign they had at the door, it was the most annoying highlight of our visit. But since we are the most peaceful people on earth, we adjusted with the noise it made.Second, we've already browsed the menu, but when the staff were to take our orders, they've just informed us that they ran out of fried chicken and sausages, yes, the very thing that we wanted to order. Very disappointing.Third, it took forever for our orders to come.Fourth, we have instructed the staff to just serve bacon as sides replacement since sausages were not available, he said its possible. But when it was served we got ham instead. We also requested to separate the strawberry fruits from the pancake that we ordered. It was served on top of the pancake. Don't bother giving instructions, it won't matter. BTW, I instructed in tagalog. Food we ordered: 2 orders of chicken fillet, pancakes with bacon, and chicken and cheese quesadilla. Chicken was good. Pancakes, nothing special. Chicken quesadilla, it was missing the cheese. Lastly, to conclude my overall experience, I will not eat in this establishment ever again. Not worth the money, time, and patience. TAKE YOUR HUNGRY SELF SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Quick bite after my mom’s annual physical exam. It’s not jam-packed by 8:00AM but I would suggest that their speed of service improves.We ordered the followingSwiss Mocha - Perfectly brewed and prepared. My mom enjoyed itPan Combo - the bacon was cooked to crisp perfection, although we’ve noticed that the hash browns was served cold. Scrambled egg was moist and seasoned well.Quick 2 Egg - My mom enjoyed her out of the blue cravings. The sunny side up made her happy. The toast was perfect. She loved the consistency of the bacon as both of our orders were that crispy.Overall, the food was great but the service can be improved. There was no expectation set for the food to be served. My mom noticed it was more than 20 minutes. We also overheard the customers from the other table complaining about the speed of service.

We were not informed.Service.01 They forgot to serve our Banana Split. When we follow it up, Mr Soriano, the officer told us it will take long coz it was difficult to prepare.I told him that if he informed us earlier, we will not be disappointed. We have these impressions that they have forgotten our order or they rush to the nearby grocery and buy banana. They charge Service Charge to their guests for such a bad service.The said officer later asked for an apology which we accepted.Food.01 The food was good but the bun of the cheeseburger was not newly baked.Note: Given a chance, I will not come back to that store anymore, they have other branches which offers good services.

Food -🌟🌟🌟ordered their Chicken & Waffle.The taste of Chicken is the same as Jollibee except for the coating. The chicken fingers are literally hard.Waffle is close to being tasteless.Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, lettuce is old, dressing is like water and chicken is not grilled.Ihop Tacos tasted ok.Ambiance -🌟🌟🌟not spacious. have flies considering this restaurant has enclosure. Service -🌟🌟🌟staffs are ok, you just need to enumerate one by one what you need. 😂😂😂😂😂
