If my family has a go to Chinese food you wanna just keep coming back to, it'd be this place. Foods always good, siomai especially. What you pay for it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Much better than last time!

Since it was my first time to try their food because of our thanksgiving celebration of the whole university administration, I must commend that the serving makes me full and bloated, but over all the venue, the food, the accommodation is really good. Most of all the shrimp and crab was the most enjoyable food I ate even tho I'm allergic on it. :)

I'm just reviewing the dim sum. I have tried this resto a lot in the pass decided to have a light dim sum dinner with my wife. Over all experience on the flavor of the food is not good. In fact there is. This was below average. Despite the promo that the dim sum is 50% off I still paid almost 1000 pesos for five dim sum. If you asked me if I will go back for the dim sum there, probably not. I good dim sum place is Shang makati. What I like about this place is there is ample parking always.5.5/10 over all. But the spare ribs is a 3/10Ps: in terms of ambience for some reason it felt like a restaurant where dirty politicians and crooked business people dine. You would see a lot of police man and security guard waiting outside. Those kind of stuff really turns me off.

I have been here twice on separate occasions, bringing two of our valued clients' families. My Boss/brother said It's an appropriate place to bring clients to impress ;) The place is overwhelmingly huge! In fact I felt dwarfed by the spaciousness of the ground floor main dining area alone. The interior is also posh like that of a hotel. The service is prompt and fast too. There is no problem with parking since they have a big parking lot. Of the dishes that we ordered: Roasted Cold cuts, Spinach Soup, Stuffed Crab Claw, Roasted Pork Belly, Pecking Duck in 2 ways, Bean Curd, Fujian Fried Rice, Crispy Noodles, Pata Tim with Bun, Salt & Pepper, There was nothing that stood out differently from the Chinese dishes we usually order from places that are not in the same class as Golden Bay. What I was rueful was asking the waiter's recommendation (he looks like he has been with the resto for a long time) which turned out to be a regrettable decision since we didn't like the dish he suggested.

February 13, 2016 a day when we had our 2nd Quarter Sales Rally held in Golden Bay Restaurant in A2, Macapagal Boulevard, Mall of Asia Complex (MOA), Pasay City Branch. We talked each and every matters about our projects to sell and our upcoming projects such us townhouses and condos. We started at 10 AM. Until their service crews served at 11 AM a soup (don't know what they called that soup) it mixed up with scambled egg, carrots in cubes and a seafood taste as it it their main course.

Ive been here a couple of times, but the recent one was just last week where I celebrated a memorable event. Food was fantastic, service was okay considering it was a very busy lunch. Cheat day! 🤣🤣 I was invited to go to this Chinese place. The staff greeted us politely as soon as we enter the resto, plus points for their good and "welcomey" ambience. 😀 Food was on point-fresh,authentic,delicious and tasty. 😃 Might be a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it when you want to try authentic Chinese food.💋FAYEmous for- fresh seafood💋FAYEvorite- everything that we ordered except for the roasted duck because I do not eat duck meat.

Had dinner with my boss and my collegues. Its a traditional chinese restaurant. Might not be the best but defintely a good one. We’re group of 6. We all enjoyed our food. We order a set meal for 6 persons, but it seems like it can serve 8persons. The food is great, waiters are accommodating, ambiance is good. Pricey but manageable because the servings are generous.

After having dined here for a couple of times already, I already knew what to expect. I never really got the freedom to order since the adults are the experts in ordering when it comes to dining in chinese restaurants.As I can remember, when Golden Bay first opened, they were really really slow in serving the orders and food was quite pricey for the taste, that's why our visits got limited as time passed by. Even so, dining at Golden bay is still something to look forward to every time there's an event, as it is more suitable for business lunches or dinners or welcome dinners for your tourist friends.Tonight we got to avail the 50% off promo for the dimsum and I strongly believe that it is worth the visit. Dimsum at Golden Bay is not to be taken lightly, they serve them in larger sizes even if there are only three servings per order. Personally loved the hakaw, spareribs, and tang pao. We also had the taro puff and the taro with meat underneath. Also had the squid cooked in pepper sauce (think of beef in sizzling pan with pepper and onions, that's what it was like except they used squid instead of beef), the birthday misua was also good (love that it wasnt too oily), and my favorite.... The shrimp rice rolls!!! Tasted soooo good I had three! And the sauce was sweet! Really love their shrimp entrees, the shrimp is not small! Our dessert was something that had taro again with hazelnuts and red/purple rice (so sorry didnt know what it was called as I wasnt the one who did the ordering), at first I was hesitant, because I only eat taro puffs, I always skip anything 'o' (if you are chinese you would know what o is, most of the youngsters hate o), and I thought those were red beans (I don't like beans) but thank God the red stuff were just rice!! The dessert tasted good I literally finished my bowl (I usually don't finish anything o dessert). It was just the right kind of sweet, wonder how it'd taste likee if it was served cold though?I've had too much o in one night, I'm definitely going to drink lots of water!!! Anyway, on to the topic, Golden Bay is an okay chinese restaurant but I must say nothing can beat the originals ( Gloria Maris, Dragon Gate , Emerald Garden, 楼外楼, and the like). Service was also okay, they were attentive. Prices can be steep so make sure you order the right ones and you'll finish everything. And avail their 50% off dimsum promo, totally worth it compared to the pricier dishes. Also, try the snow lady! It was at Golden Bay that I first got to try it. Love love love this dessert. Not gonna tell you anymore about it, let it be a surprise! Just trust me on this.

My family tried Golden Bay Seafood Restaurant for my parents anniversary. When you look at it from the outside, it's a huge place where many people dine because you can see a full parking lot. It's a huge place and nice venue. We ordered chicken feet and hakaw dimsum. We also ordered sweet and sour fish, baked scallops, steamed fish and soup. And they have the best rice. :)) The food is delicious but a bit pricey. Their dimsum cost 238 per order. But, they offer 50% off in all dimsum.
