The restaurant is by the waterfront, in what appears like a newish plaza. But there is an oily scent in the cafe which trapped to your clothes even with you left. The meals was basic however, not too bad. We'd pork knuckle, sisig (crispyfried pork), barbecue pork which arrived like kebabs on a stay), fried calamari and egg plant filled with crab meats and fried in egg. So plenty of fried dishes which may explain the odor. Beers weren't expensive. So food okay but you turn out smelling of oil.
