My absolute favorite next to Baskin Robbins! Their mint mint chocolate chip is my absolute fave. Their ice cream is pricey but absolutely worth it because it’s thick and yummy, and nothing compared to those store-bought ones.Plus the staff are so nice and accommodating, also quite entertaining with their ice cream tricks and tossss. Will continue coming back.

I love cold stone but the MOA branch is a tad bit disappointing when it comes to the toss. They toss the icecream when it's already in the cup.

staff are very friendly and attentive. they let you taste some flavors first if you're torn on which one to choose. ice cream is a bit on the pricey side but it's rich, creamy, and toppings are generous. i love the ones with berries as toppings. also, aside from the ice cream exhibitions the staff regularly perform dance routines. this branch is huge and has a lot of seats so it's one of the good places to hangout and chill

My friends and I craved for ice cream after lunch. This was the first ice cream parlor that we saw and since there were few customers and a lot of empty seats, we dined in. We ordered chocolate devotion, banana caramel crunch and mint mint chocolate chips. Quite pricey for a cup of ice cream but the flavors were actually good so definitely worth the price naman.

If you think you can create your own gelato by having the necessary ingredients and equipments, so be it. But can you do it by doing some juggling skills and tossing it accurately to whomever after you have made it? I bet not. Best customer service. Best ice cream parlor. Kudos!! 👍✌️

I don't have a particularly refined palate (maybe I shouldn't be confessing that here, hmm...), so a scoop of ice cream tastes pretty much the same as the next scoop to me. All I knew was that ice cream was cold, sweet and perfect for warm humid nights that would make even a sloth lose energy. Oh, how ignorant I was.I had a small cup of their apple pie flavor, and Yo had a strawberry licker (this guy is a hard sell when it comes to ice cream - when we used to work together in Cubao, he wouldn't have ice cream, if it wasn't at least Dairy Queen). It was a beautiful experience (way better than when I had an excruciatingly sour raspberry sorbet at the Haagen-Dazs in Eastwood, years ago - healthy is not for me). I had the artificial stuff for so long, that it felt like my tastebuds had come out of the Dark Ages into the Renaissance, and I knew that Yo agreed too, since he kept exclaiming how delicous it was - and to think he had wanted a beer and not ice cream when we wandered by this scoopery.

Ohh yes! ❤️ My sister and I love this ice cream since we've first tasted it in Trinoma but this MOA branch has the best crew ever! Their crew allow us to taste almost everything! As in! Salute to Coldstone for not just having the BEST Icecream in town but also to have the most trained, courteous, and lovely staffs ever!

I've been to Cold Stone a lot of times already. But I just had to post a review because of a certain ice cream cake; the cheesecake named desire.This ice cream cake is perfection! I've tasted some of their signatures and ice cream cakes, but this one really hit me hard. Its a layer of soft cake, smooth and creamy cheesecake flavored ice cream and a layer of what I think is strawberry jam or preserves. It's not too sweet, just the right balance of all the layers. I just love it so much!It's so good it's gonna make you want more!

I could never tire of eating tart ice cream, but finding sour flavors has always been difficult. My favorite sorbet flavor was offered by a brand that is no longer in the market. My next sour addiction is from a lime and lemon type by a well-known gelato brand, but those flavors are rarely served that I have given up on checking which branches have them. Cold Stone brought me back to a happy place with their Raspberry and Pink Lemonade flavors! We needed something to wash down the taste of ramen and almost ignored the Cold Stone outlet (we were slightly distressed by the overzealous singing/yelling of the staff). I'm glad we gave it a chance. I regret not having ordered the biggest cup that night.Their ice cream is CREAMY beyond question, and I unexpectedly liked the profile of the Apple Pie and Coffee Lover varieties as well.The price could be somewhat tough for some. It seemed as though a few passers-by could have been potential customers, if not for the ear-splitting music and loud voices of the staff. We had to request for them to turn down the music slightly as we couldn't hear each other anymore, and they did, for a few minutes, before raising the volume once again. We had to leave and finish our cups of bliss elsewhere.
