Service standard needs to be upgraded, based on the following categories:01 They need additional service staff. Attending staff needs to be attentive.02 Dining venue needs to be refurbished likewise the furnitures.03 The restroom is dirty.04 Their prices are expensive.It is good that they have ample parking spaces.Note: I love the place, it was not my first time to dine here but I hope that they will immediately take action of the said concerns.

A place meant for big group/ gatherings. Indulging seafood and pinoy comfort food-- you're on the right place. Although I personally, not a fan of Dampa-- it's still a mush try. Viands are ok but there's a distinct taste when I comes to the seafood offerings (too sweet for me).***Food- 3/ Ambiance 2.5/ Value for Money 3.5

The food would have been better if only this resto has a better service. Imagine having to wait for your order for a minimum of 20 mins! Towards the end of our dinner, we also had to wait for 25mins for watermelons to be sliced beautifully...it reached a point that my senior citizen in laws were even making comments about the matter. We were also kidding that they might have served the fruit to other customers.We have to commend kuya Vic though, compared to that bratty gay attendant that they have. One attendant even remarked with: “Wag po sakin, dun sa naka black!” Even my ever patient sis in law lost a bit of her temper in the process.Dine here at your own risk. As for me, I would dine at other restos in the area. Had to eat here though its not my place of choice anyway. Disclaimer: I already made an earlier version of this review. As I read posted reviews to this restaurant, I already anticipated such instances as stated to this page. Lame services esp servers. As proper way to welcome your visitor, servers should serve water as initial approach to their customer. Some server, if you tried to ask something, they created distance to their customer (what the hell). You probably ask why I still pursue to try to this restau is because I want to witness if those reviews are indeed true. Well, you're right guys. Lame services.

You can never doubt about the quality of seafoods. However im really not impressed on how they cooked it. What frustrates us the most was the crab. You barely can eat anything because the crab meat was sticking to the point that you can not get it na.

We dined here few weeks ago and I just can't forget the Sinigang Na Ulo Ng Maya Maya they cooked for us. The staff are very attentive and accomodating too. Will definitely go back here again!

Me and my family had our dinner here to celebrate my aunts birthday last 08/06. We had a great dinner and was able to occupy one of their conference room (free of charge) where we got to enjoy the free use of videoke, and luckily we got the chance to have some picture taking with (the owner) Ms.Claire dela fuente

After watching a performance at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, we planned to go to Blue Wave for a late night meal. As we drove by Dampa, we decided to eat there instead all the more after learning from the parking lot guard that the restaurants closed at 3 a.m. We were told that Claire's was the best restaurant there so decided to try it. Upon entering, we were greeted by a loud bunch of friends and co-workers outdoing each other in the poorly sound proofed karaoke room. We placed our orders then tried to transfer to a quieter location. Half an hour later, neither was the table assigned to us cleaned nor did our food come. We have never been to any kind of dining establishment where dirty dishes in several tables remained for such a long time. We asked to transfer to yet another area. Upon settling, we were told the kitchen lacked the ingredients for our green curry fish. I cancelled the order. Finally, our scallops arrived. Thankfully it tasted good but that was the only saving grace of our truly disappointing dining experience. We left with additional issues. First, we saw a baby roach scampering in the shelf immediately behind our table. Finally, our waitstaff never returned with our p7.00 change, wrongfully assuming they deserved even that amount.

Dined here yesterday. Food was delivered after an hour of waiting. Staff were not accommodating. Couldn't handle all costumers yet still accepting more. Terrible food service. Food was delicious but utensils were a mess. Needed to ask for a new set of utensils. Wouldn't recommend eating without reservations and ordering the food a day before.
