Best Chinese restaurant in metro Manila. Of course you need to have a big budget but everything here is superb. Interior design is lovely especially with the high ceilings. Food dishes are delicious and plated carefully. Staff is attentive. This place is actually open as of March 2022 and I'm updating my old review, so i don't know why website says it is closed temporarily. If you have a chinabank credit card, you get 50% off!

Included in the 2019 Top 20 Best Restaurants in the Philippines list by Philippine Tatler Philippine Tatler.Stir fried radish cake with x.o. sauce, steamed truffle mushroom buns, steamed crystal shrimp dumplings har kau, flamed rock salt in roasted shallot chicken.Radish cake great x.o. sauce, but doesn't have that nice crisp crust as compared to that of Ying ying's in Binondo. Truffle mushroom buns have good flavor, but the buns were a little too thick. Har kau was decent. Roast chicken really has nice flavor, and cooked well.

If you looking for Chinese cuisine, this the right place to try. The taste of food is good and ambience also nice. I order some they're recommended menu, one of them is the famous truffle bun. They made this bun looks cute really like truffle, but the taste not special. I prefer truffle dumplings than bun. Overall it's worth to try even though a bit pricey.Ps: the oolong tea so good

Definitely different from your traditional Chinese dining! Although it may be pricy, you really get what you pay for since the ingredients are really fresh and the flavors, colors and textures of their dish is definitely unique and interesting.I’ve eaten here twice and i am not very fond of their desserts. But i would really recommend their dishes. Really loved the sour plum with sweet vinegar and marinated cherry tomatoes very different from normal Chinese dining and it was really refreshing!

Very poor service. Ordered for a Peking duck and came an hour later apologising that we that they can’t serve since we ordered late-order was at 7:45pm. And no real effort to make things right. Poor attitude.

This Chinese cuisine-restaurant is a fine dining located inside the Conrad hotel. Upon entering, you'll be accompanied by staff until you're comfortably seated. Every seat has a great ambiance or should we say this resto itself. It's highly suggested though that you book during weekends for better seat options.We ordered some of the best-sellers on their menu:✨Truffle mushroom buns - First time to try buns with truffle in it and it was so delicious! There's a balance of mushrooms and truffle and they both did well in a bun. ✨Fried shrimp wasabi with mango salsa - THIS IS A MUST-TRY DISH. So soooo good!✨Homemade spinach bean curd - The spinach made this stood out. ✨Braised pork spare ribs - The flavor was strong, it was good but just the same with other restos offering this kind of dish.Price was reasonably expensive with the accommodating staff, great ambiance and 5-star Chinese food. Undoubtedly going back here again!

We’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened but had mixed reviews from friends, thus, the delay. Nevertheless, we tried it 2x in a week’s time using American express credit card promo. 1. Extensive menu. Modestly priced. 2. Big serving for a hotel standard. They have only 1 menu size.3. All food were delicious. Excellent.4. Service was impeccable.5. Ambiance can’t be beaten. Will definitely go back even without the promotion.
