Charaptor used to be my favorite buffet spot, especially the one in Makati but it changed. The only food that I liked here now is their fried rice. Their Mac and Cheese needs improvement, the sisig is too spicy, and they don't serve ice creams anymore. Most of the food tasted average. Grilling is fun though, but I don't think me and my family would consider coming back.

A limited but ok buffet experience, their beef kebab sticks got it right though hehe. Not worth the price, should be less imo, not 600-800. If you have the patience to wait and the 200 peso difference is not much then go for their bigger buffet neighbors.

The food selection was ok, but nothing to write home about.I was disappointed at the toughness of their T-bone steak, but - you get what you pay for. It's s nice place to hang out on a Friday night - but for special occasions, i'd rather go somewhere else.

Eto yung buffet na di na dapat balikan pa, sayang lang ang binayad mo sa mga grill na hindi narerefillan ng mga staff nakuha na naming matapos ni isang refill wala akong nakita. Then konti lang ang choices ng food.

Charaptor coined from the term ‘Charap’ or Sarap which means that the food taste very well is a restaurant located in SM by the Bay. This restaurant allows everyone to enjoy different types of meat to grill. Plus, a few Filipino favorites including Kare-kare, Kaldereta and Sisig. Surprisingly, they have tempura, maki and even desserts!

We got to try Charaptor's one of a kind Eat-ALL-You-Can Buffet. There's a grill in every table. You have the option to choose pork/chicken meat, seafood (tuna/salmon belly, bangus), enoki mushrooms, hotdog, etc. and grill it all the way you wanted it on the grill/table.If you're tired/not satisfied with that, you can also get all you want in the other side of the buffet table where the food is cooked already There are fried chicken, crispy pata, rice, baked mac, Kare-kare, sisig. They also offer desserts, maki, salad, pasta, juices.. . . all included in their promo. The place is quite spacious. The acoustic background music just made the vibe chill and gives a relaxing mood. As for the service, it was satisfactory though most of the things here are self-service. It was still easy to get the staff's attention.I think, what I can comment more is that it took longer for them to put another crispy pata since it was not replaced (on that area, it's just full of bones). Anyway, value for money is okay.(will upload more photos soon)

FOOD: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It seems that they stepped up their game compared to the last time me and my family dined-in here. They now have wider food variations compared before. They have cooked foods like Sisig, Kare-kare, Kalderetang manok, Tempura (shrimp, crabstick, sweet potato, eggplant), Sweet pork/chicken, mashed potato, (California Maki which my dad loved, but I forgot to try haha) of course, rice and many more ,my faves are: - Crispy Pata (especially if it’s fresh from the kitchen!)- Carbonara (because you have to request them that they prepare you one, it will be served hot!)- Cheesy macaroni (this is available in their buffet section)They have desserts too. Cakes of small square sizes, gelatin placed in a small shot glass. My fave is their dark chocolate ice cream, you’re the one who’ll do the scooping so you scoop all you want. In addition, they have a small vegetable salad bar as well. Their beverages are also unlimited they have, iced tea, pineapple juice (my fave) blue and red lemonade, orange juice. They even have coffee but unfortunately, their coffee vendo/maker was not functioning so no coffee. For their skewed food, they have chicken, pork, hotdogs, sausages, beef (but often rare), seafood (tuna, salmon, bangus, scallop, squid, and many more) and etc (corn, chilli wrapped in bacon, isaw and others) you’ll get as much as you want but you have to grill it since it’s all raw. PRICE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Their price seems to be reasonable but then, I’d still have this 50-50 feeling that it would always depend on the person’s cravings, if you’re not a fan of barbecues then of course it won’t be a good deal for you since their choices for the ready to eat food are way less compared to your normal buffets. PLACE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Once you get in, you’ll get out smelling like bbq, it’s natural since even though they have exhaust devices per table it’s basically normal that you’ll still smell like bbq. Since it’s a grilling resto where you need to grill all the marinated meat, when the place is full of diners, the room temperature is below the cool one. I think they should think of adding more air conditioning unit. Because it’s a little hot. FINAL VERDICT:If I’ll be asked to come back: it’s not my first time here but based on my last dining experience here, still I’d definitely will!Because if you’re to ask me, to choose from the usual barbecue and Korean unlimited barbecue, this resto offers more variation of food to grill since it’s not only pork or beef but more! It’s more affordable and the price is kinda justifiable, my main problem really is the ventilation they should work on that because it’s not that enjoyable and comfy to do the grilling, other minor problems I can think of is there should always be someone who would check if there are no more plates or bowls for their ice cream, sauce or food available on the buffet section.

700php is way too expensive for restaurant. They closes by 11 PM but they are removing the food by 930 PM. I will not recommend this restaurant to any of my relatives or friends.

It's just okay. Food is cold. Options for cooked food are very few. Some selections are waaaay too salty. Not that sulit for 799. Beer is ₱50 per can, no other softdrinks. Japanese selection is also not the best
