    C Lounge was great. The view was awesome, provided it's not raining. Pick a nice spot facing the ocean and relax. Perfect for killing time, or chilling with few friends.Staff were nice. They never hovered over us. It's a lounge so you can just order drinks. But do check their menu for interesting snacks. Food:We tried their Jamon Serrano and mozzarella "toastini" (about 6 slices), with side salad, and bucket of fries. Pot of tea was like a tall thermos, good for sharing.

    It was my first time at C Lounge, so when I found out that Conrad Manila is a five-star hotel, my expectations went up ten notches!C Lounge definitely lived up to my expectations. Everything looks classy; it's a great place for business meetings or just casual hangouts with friends. Apparently, when they started out, all C Lounge offered were drinks, so people clamored for food to be added on the menu. And of course, C Lounge complied.I was one of the first people to try out the new dishes, and to be honest, a lot of them still need work. I don't really consider myself as a food expert, but the dishes they served us that evening weren't new to the taste. None of them were spectacular or exceptional in any way, and I guess I expected way more from a hotel establishment.

    Sunset view of Manila bay is perfect! But the place is too pricey to have casual drinking and dining. Can be a romantic place though, but can be crowded.

    We ordered tempura, burger sliders, and few round of beers and cocktails. Food was a disapointment, drinks served chilled which was good, servers are attentive. All is good here except for when Chester asked us not to stay in the veranda section. But other foreign guest he did not bother. Will come back here only for drinks next time and avoid Chester.

    The view sells this place.  The lounge is spacious, perfect to bring friends and family along.   We just had coffee and desserts here.  They do not offer ice cream which I hope they will soon add in their menu.Their coffee and desserts are affordable at least for a hotel setting.  Their coffee is also not bad.  Servers are always at the bar that's why it's hard to call them if you need something.

    Cognac, the elegant, balanced, refined, exceptional spirit has been typified in a wrong way. Despite its complexity, it goes well in cocktails and properly balanced food with complementary flavors. All cognac starts as grapes which eventually become brandy exclusively produced in the region of Cognac, Western France. Aged for least two years in fine-grain oak barrels with an alcohol content of 40%. Jean Martell founded the oldest and most established cognac houses in France in 1715. These premium cognacs, patronized by royals, King George V, Prince Rainer and Grace Kelly contain fine brandies known as eaux-de-vie, "waters of life"developed by a unique distillation method, a trade secret kept closely guarded. Originated from the Borderies, the most exclusive terroir in the region, these elegant wines develop a wonderful aromatic harmony, tinged with candied fruit and sweet spicy notes, a distinct signature style of Martell Cognacs.

    I really enjoyed their cocktails, the wine and the view. I only took away 2 stars because the Seared Calamaretti, Tomato Salad, Ink Pearls and Roasted Bread didn't have any of the ink pearls mentioned. I mean, considering it's a hotel and the price point of really small servings of food, they should be forthcoming when their dish won't have the complete ingredients as stated in the menu. They listed my order under "Something More Substantial" but it really wasn't and was pretty sad. 😬

    Went here a couple of days ago, and since it was already late, we missed the sunset view. Anyway, we only had drinks. I had their hot chocolate - or whatever this drink is called, as I might be wrong since the drink doesn't resemble the hot chocolate I usually like. Anyway, there are a bunch of variants and I chose the cookies and cream one (the one that's on the side of the hot milk), and I assume that you dip it into the milk or something. Anyway, the drink just tasted like plain milk and the cookies and cream flavor didn't really blend in well with it. At the price of 300 pesos (or was it 250? idk), I expected a whole lot more. Total disappointment on my side. Ambiance was definitely nice though but the service wasn't really that nice. ;;

    With its unique architecture, beautiful interiors, over a thousand carefully curated art pieces and delicious food, Conrad Hotel is the new go to place for family and friends.The Pita Chips with Hummus and Carrots were okay, not that memorable. The pita bread was a bit stale.Salmon Sashimi in Soy Mirin, Spring Onion, and Sesame was my favorite. I'm a bit biased on this one since I love salmon sashimi. It was light and flavourful enough to satisfy my palette. Jamon Serrano and Mozzarella 'toastini'. A tasty snack but a bit overpriced.Steamed Chinese Butterfly Bun with Honey, Barbequed Pork, and Cucumber Pickles. A unique sandwich, that offered a lot of flavors. The meat was tender and the cucumber pickles added some freshness to the dish.Prawn Tempura with Wasabi Mayo. Definitely one of the favorites of the group. Their tempura was light and not at all oily! The wasabi mayo added a kick to the number. Tuna Rice Bowl. My second favorite! Perfect seasoning of the tuna, creamy but not too much. Satisfying rice dish.The afternoon tea sets (The Unique and The Traditional) were served in cute jewellry boxes. You get to try a little bit of everything. My favorites for The Traditional were the felchlin chocolate praline and the opera cake. And the semolina cremeux with spiced oranges and organic felchlin chocolate for The Unique. The scones were too dry and lacked flavour though.The Poptails (cocktail drinks with a juice popsicle) were quirky drinks served to us. They have a variety of flavors. A refreshing drink, with a bit of a twist (aka alcohol lol)!

    Am not such a fan of accommodations at The Conrad due to a terrible experience last time. This part of their facility, however, gladly is much better, C Lounge boasts a spacious bar with a nice view of nearby sea and Mall of Asia facility. The lounge chairs are comfortable and service is both warm and friendly. My family and I stayed here after dining at Paradise Dynasty at nearby S Maison. We had drinks like Pina Colada and desserts, particularly their rich Cheesecake and delicious Panna Cotta. The price points are definitely on the high side, but justified with the overall ambiance and service.
