Food is good and its one of the best Korean food I've had in Manila. We went here as a large group. Their service is okay. I think they need more coordination because they ended up doubling our order on drinks. Moreover, the refills for the side dishes are so meager. I get that they need to control the portions but come on. It took them so long to refill sides and when they do, they just give us small portions. Overall, food is good but service is just okay.

Professional and friendly staff. They go out of their way to entertain their customers. Great discounts for BFF Card owners! Food is really great but the overall look of the place could be better ☺️

Overall experience is bad. We waited for the food for almost 20 mins. Their service is very disorganised. They are even unsure if the ones they are serving is correct. One thing good which is probably their selling point, the taste. The beef is tender and tasty. Hopefully they can improve their service.

I’ve only eaten in B.B. once, in their Greenbelt branch when they first opened there. We didn’t use any bistro card here, but as with any Bistro restaurant, they’ll keep asking you if you want one. We got beef and pork on the grill, needed to be seasoned. I always dip mine in sesame oil (by request) which I learned from Soban. This other platter, gujeolpan, was disappointing. It was served cold. The dolsot bibimbap was not cooked well. There was no tutong, like the stone was not heated well. There’s no potato side dish. Service was a hit and miss. My friend kept asking for water, you would have to keep asking refills of the side dishes because they don’t ask you themselves or that even when you ask for more they just really give you one small bowl of it. But when they do get to your table they’re very friendly.

Service is horrible. You literally have to stand up and go to the waiter. otherwise you won’t be served tea, side dishes, or refills. One girl at the reception desk just looked through me when I waved to get her attention. Too bad. the food is decent. I won’t be back.Oh, after I approached a waitress and asked her for a tea refill, she promptly started to clean the table beside ours. *facepalm* When she still didn’t refill the tea after she finished cleaning the table, I stood up again and approached her. She went: “Ai, I forgot.” double #facepalm#

Bulgogi Brothers is one of my favorite Korean restaurants. I am not really sure if it is authentic Korean although it says in their website that they specialize in authentic Korean cuisine. Anyway, if I want Korean bbq fix, this is my go to place. Especially cos I frequent in Resorts World Newport.Me and my man always order beef belly because it's really delicious. They're tender, mouth watering, and flavorful. Before I used to order beef and pork belly but I think I should just get two orders of beef belly cos one order isn't enough hehe. However, we also tried Korean Pork Bbq. I was curious about the rest of the menu so we tried it. It was okay. I wouldn't order it again though. It has strong flavor and spices. It was actually good but the meat was not satisfying. The meat was a little tough and not as tasty as beef belly. If I remember correctly, the server mentioned that it's pork shoulders. So based on my frequent visits, I think my fave is beef belly.  I just find this restaurant a little pricey to be honest.RatingPrice - 3.5Food - 4Place - 4

We find that Korean fusion food can be greatly experienced here if you are around the area. Loved the bibimbop, kimchi stew and their glass noodle meal. Previously tried their bulgogi and barbecue which is a hit too!

Bulgogi brothers newport is our go-to resto when we crave korean food especially late night since its open til 1am. Food is definitely quality! and the unli side dishes can already make you full while waiting for your order. HAHA! We ordered 2 out of 3 platters including either rice/lettuce wraps w/ side dishes.MUST TRY: rib eye steak TIP: you can have your meat cooked for you on the other table if you're too lazy to cook ✌🏼 SERVICE: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The manager and the staff served us well and was very attentive to all our needs.

This is one of my go-to restaurants for Korean food. Love their beef belly BBQ. It's cooked right in front of you so you are sure it is freshly cooked. The meat are marinated well so they are very tasty. It has a slight sweetness to it and it is best experienced as lettuce wrap. Service is ok also.
