Loved the soup on its own & cooked with the veggies! Both gives you a diffrent taste and flavor. Too bad they dont have the option of ordering just the soup unless you order the set. The eggplant is superb. Tried making it but it didnt get to how they make it here. The 20min wait siomai was a disappointment. But overall i cant wait for the 2nd branch to open nearer to us (gh area) just hope the resto will be able to maintain its QUALITY and cleanliness. Keep it up and more power. Im craving for the soup and eggplant!@

Oh My... Ang sarap! ❤️ Kung di ka pa decided kung saan ka kakain at binabasa mo ito, pasok na sa Bijin Nabe Beauty Hotpot! Order the Bijin Nabe! Parang silicon breast implants ang itsura pero after 5 mins, parang mother's milk na! You will transform to a baby because you will not get over how good the milk (soup) is. The broth is from Japan, made from chicken bones, water, and salt which are boiled together for 8 hours. The soup is soothing to the body, mind, and spirit. May healing powers. 🍲✨ Tip: Para masulit ang beauty hotpot, itapat ang muka sa kumukulong broth para free facial steam na din. 🧖‍♀️💯Other items we ordered:🔸 Nikumaki Onigiri - We tried all the flavors. Same lang ng flavor profile. Toppings lang yung naiba. Order the original/cheese just to try. 🥓🍙🔸 Fried Chicken Wings - Sarap! Crispy! Better than Bon Chon. 🐔🔸 Handmade Tamagoyaki - Sarap! Sweet and soft. Nalasahan ko ang pagmamahal ng gumawa. Korteng heart! Perfect appetizer. 🥚🔸 Iced tea - Masarap. Quality iced tea.🔸 Strawberry Almond Jelly - more like panna cotta. Yummy but not mind blowing. Super yummy siguro kung mas maraming strawberries. 🍓🍮Salamat sa pag-basa! Happy eating! ❤️"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." - Hippocrates

Did not disappoint with regards to the food. Everything tasted great and as advertised. However I ordered leg and breast bijin nabe and they gave me wing and thigh instead. No biggie and when they refused to replace it I let it go because the staff were friendly and it was probably an honest mistake but there was still that moment of disappointment. Nonetheless I will return soon for another round. :)

There is hot-pot all over Metro Manila. And then, there is Bijin Nabe. As of now, this is the only place that offers a chicken collagen based broth that is not only delicious but great for your skin. While the collagen broth based hot-pot is the star of the show, the supporting cast, i.e. the other items on the menu are quite delicious as well. The Chicken Nanban and the Nikumaki are quite delicious and definitely worth trying. My family has been to this joint multiple times already, and that trend shall continue in the foreseeable future. Worth multiple visits!Edited to add: The portions are smaller now. Way smaller.

The food is great —— fresh ingredients, excellent combinations. The collagen broth is refreshing. Prices are modest, given the quality. But certainly worth your money. The ambience is sophisticated. The staffs are accomodating especially the ones who served us except for Miss Lai (not sure with the spelling though), maybe she should smile more often and to not show her rage on her colleague in front of the guests. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. Will definitely come back.

Japanese shabu shabu who use the collagen chicken, the taste is similar with ramen soup, so tasty. They use the good quality product, and chicken ball is homemade. Good for want to eat healthy food. The service is good, they service us from beginning (soup tasting until the end they peeled the shrimp).

If you want something as good as a tonkotsu ramen, but cannot eat pork, the bijin nabe is basically what you need. It’s basically chicken bone broth, so it tastes as full and flavorful as a tonkotsu broth. If you also take inconsideration the amount and the price for each portion, it’s actually cheaper than a tonkotsu ramen in any of the ramen stores. :DAll the other food we ordered were good( the salmon roll and nanban chicken,) and the servers were friendly and very accommodating. The only take away is, you dont become a “bijin” right after eating a portion. :p

The resto is intimidating at first because its not the usual hotpot food that we have in Manila. The servers are very accommodating and kind. Very knowledgeable of the menu and gives good recommendation on what to order for first time diners. The hotpot food is around 900 but included a big pot of collagen broth (it looks like jelly when it arrives on your table but would turn into broth after it gets heated), veggies, shrimp and ground chicken (they’ll turn into meatballs when they cook it). Hotpot will be cooked by the waiter and will portion everything out for you. The broth is really good and they did not overcook the veggies. They would refill the broth when its almost empty (its free) and will put ramen noodles in the end. For price point its a little expensive but for me its worth it. For special celebration or for bagong sahod food trip moment. :p its one of those restos you’ll be happy that you tried. It can even trigger a craving! ;)

Rich soup sourced from Japan (imported) ✅Light organic meal ✅Lots of vegggies ✅Bijin Nabe is known for having wonderfully rich creamy collagen soup. This soup is the star of the show. Minimum order is one Set good for two people.Set contains a number of stuff, i took a picture of the set with the descriptions of what is included.Costs Php 795.00 plus tax. Since in my family we are all big eaters, we usually add a few more veggies / meat.We are a big fan of this place. ^_^

My grandfather has cancer, diabetes, and a weak kidney - so he pretty much can't eat anything sweet or salty. I wanted to make sure his New Year's Eve dinner would be special though - so I brought him to Bijin Nabe, which touts their completely healthy and organic chicken beauty hotpotThe vegetables were nice and fresh, the soup was extremely tasty without that icky msg taste hotpot can sometimes leave afterwards, and the famed chicken was very tender 😍Amazing experience!
