We dined for lunch time in this cafe for my daughter's birthday celebration nowadays, Dec. 31. I likewise have my grandson around. We had been seated by the entry close to the glass walls at the proper corner. As my 3-year older grandson was active withinthat corner region, he unintentionally bumped his forehead on the cup. It had been a hard hit as the sound was noisy and the metal wines stand fell. He instantly screamed and cried. Meanwhile, there is this woman (wearing a yellow blouse inside the pic below) that rushed to notice what happened. To my shock, instead of her examining on the health of my grandson, she examined the health of the glass when there is any harm. After which, she simply turned around and still left the scene as though nothing poor happened to my small boy. I got to contact a wait personnel to require ice to use on my grandson's forehead. I admit your food tastes superb. But your lady employees lacks sympathy to the client that is very disappointing. An extremely basic customer service reaction has been mindlessly neglected by an unsympathetic employees. We didn't dine at Jollibee as they say, to expect this type of poor service. The knowledge does not mean the reputation your eating place portrays. You might review your CCTV footage to validate my declaration.

Food, pintxos, was excellent. View surrounding it had been unforgettable, sunset of Manila bay. Waiter Ryan had been accommodating and useful. Kudos to his assistance. Thanks.

Dined yesterday from BCN Las Flores S’Maison along with the hubby. Ordered our normal Paella and Gambas. Their churros has been offered with a scoop of vanilla ice lotion. Food was surprisingly great. The service of the three teenagers - the trainor, Ms P (from Bacoor)was commendable. I was also pleased to learn they accept diners with domestic pets! Will certainly be back as of this branch!
