Filipino food at it's finest! The bulalo steak was succulent and meltingly tender, everything that I ordered was truly a triumphant dish and well worth the price.

One of our favorite restaurants, so much so that we would travel 30kms (one way) just to have their kare kareng gulay, bakang maanghang, ginataang hipon sa niyog, lechon manok tinupig, crispy pork claws, and their to die for roasted buto ng bulalo.Value for money:   Super affordable.   We had new year's eve dinner (2015) here, there were 9 of us and we spent a less than 3,500 pesos.  With take outs of left overs. Service:  Average , our server did not endorse us to his reliever when he went off duty.  So we were a bit neglected when he left. Ambiance:  The place looks tired and dated.  Walls and especially the floor need a lot of TLC.  Maybe because they're open 24 hours. so probably no time to really clean up. Im definitely going back again and again and again.  I want to try their bulalong lugaw.

They took to heart their brand and feed you with their well prepared meats- Beef and Chicken mostly. For one, i've been a fan of their Bulalo. They have three kinds and serve it three different sizes. I skipped my usual Pochero fix and tried the Monggo version today. It was as impressive. Big chunks of tender beef in a pool of very tasty monggo and ampalaya. You have to order rice for this folks! Their version of Gising Gising does its role and wakes you up. Not so much for the spice only but for its distinct flavor. The Kang Kong variety worked well for me. Don't forget to try their Mixed Seafood blended with coconut. Yum!

The service was slow but the food was great. Budbud tapa is one of my favorite. The have the best Budbud tapa and Bulalo steak in Manila. I recommend this place if you are craving for Bulalo.

Bulalo steak, budbud, binalot sa dahon, ginataang sigarilyas, gising-gising, plus the free bulalo soup are my favorite here. Price is reasonable and service is fast. There is ample parking outside.
