1.Worst service, waiters and waitress dont even know how to smile or take your order right. 2. They served our food one by one almost. 3. No napkin, no soy sauce, we asked for it and was given napkin but not enough for everybody (12 person) 4. About the FOOD: sinigang was the worst! Meat was tough and dry, broth tasted like water with vinegar, vegetables are tough, good thing we didn’t order for another bowl. Sisig is ok,BBQ chicken didn’t tase anything, undercooked, dry meat as in dry it’s like old meat. Liempo is good. Drink: iced tea is too sweet and has funny a taste. PRICE: NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!! Not recommendable.

I didn't know what was wrong with this place or its just that the branch itself was problematic. The floor was not mopped well, because you can tell when you walk that you have to be careful because its a little wet and dirty. I wasn't able to use the hand dryer when I washed my hands because there are two charging phones on the outlet! Can you believe that?! The chicken was not good. The rice wasn't serve hot. And upon eating, there's their alarm that was so freakin' loud we didn't know what was happening. We ought to leave the food because it really alarmed us but the supervisor seemed not to care or even calm/assure us. Don't waste your money here. Bad experience!

Tried here for dinner as our substitute to Giligans' since they don't serve unlimited rice platters anymore (lol). What we had on our table: Kare-kare, Pork Sisig, Chopseuy, and 6 cups of rice (for 5pax). Their kare-kare tastes good to me, but to my mom, she thinks it's one of those powdered ones because of the texture of the sauce and the color (dark orange). The pork sisig is not that crunchy and I don't even see pork in it. The serving of their chopseuy is very generous. All in all, they compliment each other, which is a good thing. We even ordered 2 cups of extra rice! The place and ambiance is warm (since it has been renovated) though the service might be slow (or depends on the time) and it's hard to get noticed by their staff. But the food is budget friendly!

Poor service and food. When we entered the restaurant, no staff welcomed and seated us. Hence, we just chose our own seats. We sat diagonally across the counter. We sat for 2 minutes or so before a staff noticed us and wondered if we had our order taken already. The staff asked the counter and when he was told that there's no order from our table yet, he gave us menus then took our order. We waited 10 minutes to get served. I ordered Value Meal Number 2, which is Chicken Inasal Pecho with garlic rice, atchara and Iced Tea. This is worth Php175. My boyfriend had their La Paz Batchoy with egg, which is worth Php145. Unfortunately, the Pecho was really small. It is just slightly bigger than my knuckles. It was dry, seems like a day-old meat. It also tastes bland. The Iced Tea and atchara tasted fine. Meanwhile, the La Paz Batchoy lacked ingredients. There was only noodles, chicharon, 2 pieces of animal liver, and a little cooked egg white. After the meal, we decided to eat the cake we bought from another store. We asked for an extra spoon and a plate. The staff asked why and we told her our reason. We saw her go at the counter and whispered at another staff while looking at us occassionally. Then, she came back carrying 2 spoons with a napkin but no plate. I asked what was the problem and she asked me why was I asking. I wanted to ask her why she was whispering and why does it seems difficult for them to grant our request. But I stopped myself and just asked for bill. The counter heard our conversation and when she printed our bill, she slamed the bi on the counter. After seeing the bill, we took out the exact amount and placed it on the table. We left immediately afterwards. We will never go back to this place again. The staff is unattentive and rude. They don't smile. Also, the quality of the food is not worth the price. It is better to eat at Mang Inasal for the price, serving portion, and the unlimited rice option.

Dirtiest restaurant i've been to, there are dead cockroaches near the dining tables, they didn't even clean that up. There's also old cobwebs in the ceiling. The manager doesn't even know how to place your orders at the table, he just pass everything to my cousin. I strictly don't recommend this branch it's so dirty.

We wanted to try something new yesterday and we ended up here. It is one of the many joint that offers Bacolod style cuisines and this one is not different from the others. The chicken part is bigger tho and the sisig is kind of bland but there are condiments to fix it which I think are really great specially there own vinegar. The experience was just not too good because of the crowd making the ambiance like a busy wet market. Service is good even if there are many customers.

My friend and I ordered liempo and pork sisig. We both very disappointed in what we ate too oily. Good thing we ordered La Paz Batchoy regular a little bit salty put some kalamansi ayos na. And we like their ice tea.
