After much hype within the papers, we were excited to use this almost-hidden Paranaque cafe. Upon opening the entranceway, we were greeted with a not-so-polite "are you experiencing a reservation?" No great evening, no hello, simply all company about having the reservation. I appeared beyondthe youthful, ojt-student-looking waitress and noticed that the eating place was EMPTY. We had been the only real customers. But regardless of, a reservation we do have, so don’t worry. A couple emerged after us who didn't have a reservation, plus they had been seated too, therefore... Ok. The ambience is nice enough. Hipster looking. After all, google a listing of the most recent hipster foodie trends, plus they probably have it right here. They did possess a high chair ready for my toddler, therefore that's a plus. Anyhow, we started with the wild arugula salad also it delivered flavorwise. We after that tried the very much hyped signature dish, the buttermilk fried poultry aaand it had been just okay. The serving had been generous - 3 bits of chicken. However in a blindfold check comparing this poultry with KFC or someone's mom's fried poultry recipe, I dont believe I'd have been in a position to tell the distinction. The brioche french toast, also nothing specific. This is simply not fried chicken to send a letter home about. We also had the blackened snapper which, unlike the poultry, was a little portion. It had been good, not magnificent, but much too tiny for the purchase price they questioned. For dessert, we'd the brioche breads pudding - again nothing at all noteworthy. Maybe we'd an off evening, but with the blah signature dish and snooty environment, we're not returning.

the girl may be the green haired beauty who greets you behind the counter. The bull may be the guy who appears like an artist. The meals may be the melange of tastes and the not common ingredients presented so that may be describedas nearly gothic. But the great and hip gothic type. Price is really a little above the common compared with another restaurants offering similar meals. The steak, buttermilk poultry, mushroom salad and the twix dessert will undoubtedly be enough reason to return there.

The noise of the diners could be very bothersome BUT once food is served, the rest becomes secondary. We liked all the meals we've tried up to now. Just wish they offer good tea or coffee to opt for their champion dessert, faux-twix. Overall, foods isexcellent, a much-required repose from the you-know-what common high quality of Metro Manila resto meals.

We had the poultry bibimbap and steak for the main program. I'd say the purchase price was perfectly for the meal and high quality of the meals (around P450- 650 per dish). The taste of the bibimbap has been relatively "Filipinized" but I nevertheless liked itvery significantly. We also experienced the faux twix that is absolutely divine! The stunning food plating and simple but hip decoration get this to place a haven for Instagramers. Ensure that you bring money though because they don't accept bank cards yet.

This place is really a bit difficult to acquire as it's located in the gated subdivision. However when you do think it is, you'll discover that it had been worth it. They will have an interesting menus, not so common. Do allow servers recommend everything you can order.
