Grabbed my lunch time and dinner in 1 here with my mother after the grocery. The place isn't that jammed but it's warm that they need to use a lover however, not on my encounter. The meal that people had was best for 2 person.General, it taste fair good enough. But the mac pc and cheese they will have tasted blah. It's like lotion with garlic. No cheesy taste and the macintosh on the sides of the dish where much too toasted. Good thing I acquired a freebie coz of my SMAC card. :D Overall will still make an effort to give them a go but limited to pizza and nothing even more.

Hello Employees of Pizzahut - SM Sucat! This take place today (March 27, 2016) me, my mom and cousins visited this branch to order for the merienda/snack, initially the service is good someone assisted us in taking our orders. Therefore we ordered for 1carbonara and 1 stuffed pizza all are family size. Therefore the server inform us our food will function 20 minutes after, after that we decided on that. After how many mins pasta had been served next may be the pizza. Plates are usually clear I'M SO SURE ABOUT THIS I DID'NT Notice ANYTHING. I'm nearly done taking in when my youthful cousin explained that he doesn't desire to finish his meals therefore i get the pizza, when i flip the pizza I noticed something and I'm a bit confused if that's insect or simply a ham because medyo napipi lang siya and medyo oily na din. But after a few years I noticed that something is really a insect, therefore i called the eye of the supervisor I assumed. I present him what I noticed on our pizza I inquired him to check on it. He obtain my plate and visited backlane or cashier region, then he returned to your desk asking if where do I noticed that the insect, i quickly answered him back again "sa pizza mismo" then your manager continued telling me that probably "naipit lang sa plates kasi kung sa pizza daw dapat sunog yun" that is the exact words.. Well nag-apology naman siya, he insist to displace the pizza. But I won't replace it, we're nearly done eating electronic. I don't believe he deserves that place, he doesn't know very well what to accomplish to his guest/clients. I encounter ditto but different cafe but he actually insist to replace the meals and he didn't billed us. I'm not really into discount properly I paid the entire amount/bill. From then on incident di na lumapit yung supervisor. What kind of program do pizzahut have? Are you experiencing training/s on managing the client? Or guest complain? Basta na lang kami hinayaan, we're looking forward to him to method us once again but WALA. Buti na lang hindi kinain nung bata yung pizza, if something occurred to my more youthful cousin, I'd raised this worry to the bigger management of PizzaHut. Take note: Lagi icheck yung kakainin. WE'RE SO DISAPPOINTED. BAD SERVICE.

the place is merely located close to the entrance of the mall ,. and generally its crowded , however when u are usually pizza lover you'll ofcourse await ur switch to hve ur desk .. but am not enthusiast of pizza therefore m not really reallyinto pizza hut
