Horrible how they treat their guests - We prebooked a Valentines dinner in advance - that was confirmed with established booking confirmation. 2 days prior to the dinner I acquired a rude email from Robles Nicole - obviously she's no clue how exactly to talkto customers. She asked to down payment a downpayment or she'll cancel the table - 1,5 days prior to the date it'll be happening - since i have came from another half of the planet I was certainly flying your day she sent that rude e- mail. Therefore struggling to down payment any downpayment - that i wouldn’t did anyway since that is ridiculous - specifically the truth that this demand was manufactured in a really rude go on it or depart it tone and 1,5 times prior to the dinner - so essentially impossible. Email reply explaining I'm traveling and that last second request and rude attitude of Robles Nicole isn't appropriate have simply been overlooked and management didn't sometimes bother to reply or present any effort to solve the situation. Probably instructions like this are from the management in any other case I have no the reason why that attitude and tone from staff is accepted I dined in plenty of fancy restaurants on the word - in no way been asked for the downpayment - if that's the case Simply not how you desire to be treated simply because a guest.
