The ramen house serves simple food done to japan way of perfection. Using its affordable cost and quiet place this modest cafe is a champion. Like any ramen home beyond japan , the taste comes near with the capability of a short travelfor individuals residing at tge south of metro manila

Whenever we crave for a hot soup...it really is Mensakaba. When we usually do not feel like cooking supper, we ran to the Japanese couple (great Filipina spouse)! I did not really appreciate ramen until we discovered this location. Their Gyoza is the greatest too. Always perfect!

Ramen is nice and chewy, soup is lighting and flavourful, meats is lean but soft. Superior to the other ramen areas!Their Gyoza is good also. Prices are affordable, support is fast. They don’t accept reservations and place is fairly small. Far better come early.

This hole-in-a-wall resto in BF is along with the family's list with regards to ramen. This is actually the family's go to location if we feel just like eating a geniune ramen in the south. Food is made by the Japanese proprietor assisted by hiswife and it's really cheap. Tantanmen, shoyu , gyoza & chasu don are our normal fare right here. Two thumbs up!

Finally, we could actually find period to try this much discussed hole-in-the-wall together Aguirre Ave just throughout El Grande Ave. Needless to say, we'd our biases around because by significantly the very best ramen for us continues to be Yushoken, but we held are thoughts and tastebuds open up. We were quite fortunate because there was no-one in queue. Previews with this location mentioned that there may be a queuing range because only 13 people could be seated inside at once. We just waited for a couple minutes for available chairs. SO, once we took our chairs we could start to see the Japanese proprietor preparing each purchase himself while his Filipina spouse was using the orders with the help of other kitchen personnel. We ordered the most common Shoyu Ramens and Gyoza - the very best sellers. My 1st transfer to the ramen had been to flavor the char-siu pork, and what that arrived of my mouth had been, "WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!" Then my thoughts kept rambling, "THE WAY THE HELL Is usually THIS PORK SO Gentle THAT IT MELTS IN THE MOUTH AREA?!?!?!" It had been soooooo great. The pork was therefore tender. The noodles had been also great. The broth was lighting. Mensakaba's Ramen is a lot not the same as Yushoken's (or Mendokoro's that is Yushoken's twin in any case). They're apples and oranges. Yushoken's broth is heavy & heavy and filled with taste. Mensakaba's broth is lighting and airy. They're the very best at their very own game however, not directly in competitors with each other. AN ABSOLUTE MUST Try out FOR RAMEN LOVERS.
